The doctor nods and leaves the room. "That's great Bo but I have a feeling it's gonna be a long five days." Lizzy says.

Lizzy shakes her head looking at Tom. "I think I'm gonna head back to Chickasaw I need to..." Tom starts. "No excuses." Lizzy smiles. "Don't be a stranger. Molly and Matt would love to see their uncle Tom every chance they can. Don't be too hard on yourself. And don't take this as a sign that Beth was right. You're not better off alone. There is someone out there for you." Tom smiles and nods walking away.

"Alright." Bo says. "Love you both." "Bye Daddy." Austin says. "Bring them back safe." Lizzy says.

"If what I'm thinking is true...If they killed them then well it means everything is over. Neither of you will have to worry about them ever again. The trial will be dropped and you're clear to move on." Todd says. "Thanks Todd." Lizzy says.

"Alright Julie calm down I can get a press conference if you want for all three of us to clear up this mess." Lizzy says.

Lizzy sees his doctor come in and asks him the same question. "I'm sorry Ms. Jackson-Davenport we want him and Julie both to stay for the rest of the week." The doctor says. "But it's Monday. That would mean another five days." Lizzy exclaims. "I'm sorry miss but we have to make sure they're in the clear." The doctor says.

"You're better off without him. Didn't I tell you he was trouble?" Rosco says.

"You're out of your mind Lizzy. If you get wrapped up in this you could go back to jail." Bo says. "Mommy no go." Austin says wrapping his arms around Lizzy's legs. "That never stopped you and that cousin of yours." Lizzy says. "Then I'll go." Bo says.

Lizzy looks up to see Todd another Federal Agent standing there. She scrambles over to Daisy bed and flips on the TV. "And in other related news today two inmates escaped from the Federal penitentiary in Atlanta. Freddy McSweeney and his cousin Aaron McSweeney are reported to be headed to a town where...this just in as they were just outside the gates of the pen they were both shot down by guards. No word yet on what shape either man is in. More news when we get it." The TV anchor man says. "So what's all this mean?" Lizzy asks.

"I guess I'm alright with it." Rosco says. "Are you sure you're ok with what Tom did?"

"Say Bo when do you think you'll get out of here?" Lizzy asks.

"That little...I'm gonna go see if I can find some sort of clue or something. Then I'm gonna track her down and make sure she regrets it." Lizzy says.

"Because I'm not a Duke." Tom answers wiping the blood from his nose. He leaves the maternity wing and walks up to the NICU. "Tom what happened?" Lizzy says rushing to his side. When he explains it Lizzy's angry. "His daughter's a big girl he should learn to live with it and let her take care of herself." Lizzy spits. "I deserved part of it for saying what I did but...You have a point. Look I know you wanted this to work out but it didn't and I did try. I'm sorry." Tom says. "It's alright. As long as you're ok I think everything will work out." Lizzy says.

"I don't know Daisy but I wish I did." Lizzy says.

"Maybe not intentionally but she did meet him at an airport and have a few drinks then had his kids." Tom says.

"What do you think Daisy? The Boars Nest or a diner?" Lizzy asks.

"If she loved me as much as she and everyone says she does she wouldn't have run to a Hogg and had his kids." Tom says.
