Bo snorts knowing that's not what he said but decides the doctor is better off not knowing what Manny said.

"Let's just get her to the hospital." Lizzy says. Soon everyone is at the hospital and the nurse has her stopped at the maternity doors. "You can have one person with you. Your mom or your dad unless there's a boy here who got you this way." The nurse says.

"Oh alright." Lizzy says picking up little Jesse.

"Babe you're early." Lizzy says as Luke swears. True enough there was a puddle of water being to form. "Hey Rosco you want to lend us a police escort?"

I think the judge would laugh him out of the court room if that's his only reason.

"I'm sorry Callie." Lizzy says as the phone rings. "Davenport." "You still answer your phone like that." Tom says laughing at the other end. "Because that's still my last name." Lizzy answers. "Aunty Lizzy." She hears in the background. "Hello Danny." Lizzy says. "Hey I just called to let you know Sasha and I are getting pretty serious. I think I'm gonna propose soon." Tom says. "Third times the charm bud." Lizzy answers. "I know and you'll be there I swear it. You've got to meet her. Danny loves her and she loves him too. I'm taking things slow especially after Callie and Beth but I think it's the right time." Tom says. "I'm here for you." "How long till you and Luke get married?" "I'm not sure Tom. We've got so much going on with Salena being pregnant, Ashley's twins growing and the thing with Jack coming up. On top of that Molly's still teething and Callie's got this custody thing...I'm not sure." "Well let me know I'll be there for you." Tom says. They say their farewells and then hang up.

"Absolutely. We tell them that everyday." Bo says.

"And you'll get that in a couple weeks." Uncle Jesse says.

"Let's hope he's got a better reason than that to tell the judge. I've got to know looking back now are you sorry you screwed with Tom?" Lizzy asks.

"That's the reason he wants custody? Because of a name?" Lizzy asks.

"They look a lot like Julie but you can still see Aaron in them if you look hard enough. I'll stick around." Bo says.

"Sounds about right." Uncle Jesse says.

"It's Duquesne. She changed it back after she got the divorce. And as far as I knew they had joint custody. It's gonna be hard for him to prove she's a bad mother." Lizzy says pushing the man out of her house.

"The twins are still stubborn and things are pretty much going on as usual. Jeb took Lizzy out last night and came home about four in the morning. I think he was headed over there today to take them to the zoo. We all know how stubborn Lizzy is about stuff like that though. And I've heard milk goes better with spicy stuff then water does." Bo says.

Just then Coy walks in. Lizzy: Hey Coy. Coy: Lizzy Davenport you are not seriously saying you have to work are you? Lizzy: Uh... Coy: I have seen you work the hardest of any FBI agent in my office these past seven years but as far as I know you don't have any cases for the next three weeks. Stop trying to hide behind your work and get out and do something with your kid. Go to the zoo, go to the park, spend the day watching cartoons, I don't care what you do Elizabeth but you are not going to touch a case for the next three weeks. It's a vacation for a reason. Lizzy: *Sighs defeated* Fine we'll go to the zoo.

Heather: The Zoo? Mommy please. Please Mommy, I've been a good girl. Please can we go to the zoo? Lizzy: I wish you two would gang up on me like this. I've got... Heather: *sighs disappointed* A ton of work to do. Like always.
