Daisy knew Enos better than anyone else in Hazzard, and Bo and Luke knew it, but they tried to quiet her. "Don't worry Daisy, Enos is only tired. Come on, uncle Jesse is waiting for us at the farm. Enos will come for dinner another day", said Bo.

Enos blushed as usual when Daisy hugged him. Then Daisy caressed his cheek and smiled at him, so Enos became more and more red, "Uh, Daisy, I'm happy you're safe now". Daisy hugged him again, "I'd like you to come to the farm for dinner this evenig, sugar". Enos shook his head, "Thanks Dais, but I've a lot of reports to do". Daisy was disappointed but anyway she kept on smiling, "OK Enos, see you. Bye". Daisy, Bo and Luke went back to the farm.

When Daisy knew that finally James was far away from Hazzard, she relaxed. Finally she could go back home. Her cousins told her how they catched James; in effect they didn't tell her everything, especially about what's happened between Enos and James. Daisy was very happy, "Thank you guys. And I have to thank Enos too for it". So they went to the Court House.

Yeah, Emy-Rae. "His and her circumstances" was great. The real name of this anime is "Kareshi kanojo no jijou" also known as "Karekano". It's directed by Hideaki Anno, who directed also "Neon Genesis Evangelion". When I saw Yukino for the first time, I thougt "Oh my God, she's soooo like me" :D (in effect "Yukino" is my nickname elsewhere).

I don't know anything 'bout country music. I searched this song on YouTube.... Oh my gosh.... it's so Hazzard's style.

Finally James was in jail. The Dukes looked at Enos; "Well, now James is in jail. When do L.A.P.D. officers arrive and bring him away?", uncle Jesse asked. "They told me they'll arrive as soon as possible", Enos answered, with a tired smile. "Do you need some help, Enos? You look tired", asked Luke. Enos shook his head, "Don't worry Luke. He's in jail and officers from L.A. are coming. Go home. I'll call you later when they'll bring him away". The three Dukes said him goodbay and came back to the farm.

Enos approached James. Luke looked at him, a bit worried, "Enos...". But Enos remained quiet, he let James stand up and he handcuffed him, "This time your stay in Hazzard is really over. Come on". Uncle Jesse, Bo and Luke sighed; Enos was again a cop. So Bo, Luke and Enos got in the General Lee with James, and uncle Jesse followed them with his truck.

Only Luke could do something like that, and he did. Uncle Jesse and Bo got out the truck. "Enos, stay here and calm you down. You're too much upset", uncle Jesse told Enos. But Enos shook his head, "Don't worry, uncle Jesse. I'm going to do my duty. I'm going to do what I've missed last time" Now James had to deal with three Dukes and a very determined cop. But he'd still a gun in his hand.

Finally uncle Jesse arrived where Bo, Luke and Enos were waiting for him. The man looked at his nephews and at Enos, "What's happened? How did he escape?" Bo and Luke looked at the ground; they didn't know what to say to their uncle 'cause they didn't want uncle Jesse knew everything 'bout Enos's behaviour. Enos understood that his friends didn't want to give him away, so he stood up saying "It's all my fault uncle Jesse. It's me to blame if something bad happens to Daisy". Uncle Jesse looked at him in surprise, then he looked at his nephews and then again at Enos, "Come on boys. You'll tell me everything while I drive you back to the town".

"I don't know Luke. I'm tired but I din't want to leave you and Bo alone. I'm a cop, or at least I thought so"

Surprisingly Enos started to cry. Bo and Luke looked at him in shock. "Enos, what the heck are you doing? I think it's not a good day for you. It's better to rest a bit. Uncle Jesse is coming here, then he'll drive you home. Or do you prefer to stay at the swamp with Daisy until James is arrested?"

Enos was sitting in his patrol car, thoughtful, with his head in his hands. Luke put an hand on his friend's shoulder, "Come in, Enos. It's not your fault. Now it's better to warn uncle Jesse and Cooter 'bout it. Your car need to be fixed, and we need a ride to the town". Bo and Luke knew that it was Enos's fault (even if they didn't yet understand why he did a thing like that... something so unusual for him), but anyway he was their friend, and they didn't want to see him so sad and worried. Enos shook his head, "Thanks Luke, but I know it's all my fault", then he picked up the CB and called for help.

Enos understood what Bo and Luke were saying, so took a step back and let James go. James drove the General Lee away from Enos and the Dukes. Enos sat in his patrol car, sad, feeling responsible for what's happened.

James had Enos's gun in his hand, and Enos understood how much his mistake was grave. He had let his feelings prevail on his duty, and a felon had stolen his gun. Two big mistakes for a cop, the worst mistakes for a cop. And now not only his life was in danger, but also his best friends ones. He tried desperately to stop James.

Enos understood his mistake; he had tried to get a revenge on him and now James was going to escape. He couldn't accept to let him escape, especially for Daisy. "You're not going to borrow any car"

Luke nodded, "You're right, Bo. Sorry Enos, but by now James will stay with us. We're going to drive him at the Court House until LAPD comes. And we're going to tell everything to Rosco. This case is not for you. Go back at your apartmente and rest a bit. Uncle Jesse is there waiting for us. He'll take care of you and he'll calm you down". Luke was very sad 'bout what just happened; he've never seen Enos like that.

Bo and Luke stopped Enos. Luke looked in Enos's eyes, "Enos, don't forget you're a cop. You can't act so irrensposibly. LAPD is coming, you said that. Your duty is to arrest him, and not to take revenge. Daisy's safe, and she'll be safe until he'll be in jail. Don't let him provoke you. Come on, buddy. Be again a cop"

Enos got free of Bo and Luke and kicked James. Luke grabbed his friend pushing him away from James.

Luke really didn't know what was going on, so he couldn't answered to Bo. The Duke boys were wondering what Enos wanted to do: to arrest James or to let him go? Why did he stop? Suddenly Enos punched James, and the stalker fell down. Bo and Luke grabbed Enos, stopping hi, "Enos, what the heck are you doing?"

Enos was standing in front of James, and Bo and Luke were near them. "Do you want to arrest me, cop? Well, arrest me. But I'll come back"

Bo and Luke stopped their car and looked at Enos. "Enos, what are you doing?", asked Luke surprised.

Yeah, sometimes translations ruin anime (or change the meaning). I don't know if in USA is the same than in Italy, but anime are usually considered as a children product, so thare are a lot of censors (dialogues sometimes are completely changed).... especially years ago, but things are changing (even if too much slowly). So I prefer to watch anime on Internet, in japanese with sub in english (i like to hear original voices). As a result now I know a lot of japanese words. :lol: Anyway, Cowboy bebop's translation in italian was good, and characters's voices too. I love Cowboy bebop soundtrack; every episode is called "session" (session 1... 2....3). Did you notice? And every episode has a different music style: from classic to country music (yeah, there's a "session" with country music). Music is from Yoko Kanno, a great musician; she also wrote music for Escaflowne, Wolf's rain, Aquarion, Macross, RahXephon. Did you see Cowboy bebop, the movie? Wonderful.

Bo and Luke kept on following Enos's car. "Enos was really angry", said Bo. Luke nodded, "Yeah. That man stalked Daisy. We are angry, and Enos too. You know; Enos doesn't stand someone bothers Daisy. It's a quiet and shy boy, and it's so strange to see him like that... but he's right" Enos was driving silently. The stalker was in the back seat; he had handcuffs and he couldn't move. Moreover that cop hit him badly. "Hey cop, are you in love with tha woman, don't you? She's a woman to fall in love with, really. Her legs, her..." "Shut up!", said Enos angrily, "don't talk 'bout Daisy. And don't try to provoke me, 'cause I'm not gonna to stop until you're in jail". James remained silent. He knew his stay in Hazzard was really over.

YATTA!!! Another anime fan. Cowboy bebop is fantastic. The plot.... the characters (yeah, Faye is so Daisy alike)... and don't forget the music (I love "Blue", the ending song of the last episode.... so sad). Others anime I like: 1) Neon genesis Evangelion. So mysterious and deep. 2) Jigoku shoujo, also known as "Hell girl". After the first series and the second one (Jigoku shoujo futakomori) I'm waiting for the third series, "Jigoku shoujo mitsuganae". 3) NANA. I LOVE NANA. I posted some of my Nana's amvs on this forum, under the topic "Enos and Daisy video". I like to create or Daisy-Enos vids or Nana's vids. But I created a Jigoku shoujo vid too. I'm reading also the manga. So sad, especially the last volume (n°78). I cried 4) '80 anime. So many.... Creamy mami, Kimagure orange road, Attacker you.... 5) Miyazaki!!!!. I confess..... I like Miyazaki's movies more than Walt Disney's ones. I loves "Howl's moving castle" and "Spirited away", but also "Totoro" and "Kiki's delivery service". Now I'm waiting for the last movie, "Ponyo" (it'll be available in italian cinemas next spring). 6) Satoshi Kon's movies. Check for "Paprika" (not for children) or "Millenium actress" ... or "Tokyo Godfathers". 7) I love "Byousoku 5 cm per second", a movie from Makoto Shinkai. So sweet and poetic. I posted the trailer here last year. This movie inspired me in writing my fic "Snow". Ok. I've surely forgotten something. See you later.
