Bo nodded to Lori, poking Luke again to get his attention instead of him reapeating himself. "Luke...what do you think...the old treehouse..."

Jamie near jumped a mile when she saw and heard her mother, getting quickly to her feet and nodding. "I'm fine..."

Bo sighed and wracked his brains before gasping and looking to Luke, tapping his shoulder. "Luke! Our old treehouse! That thing can withstand anything!"

Jaime was still sitting at the bottom of her bedroom door, trembling a little at what she had seen but slowly calming herself down.

Bo thought for a moment before shrugging a little. "I guess, but again they could be water logged from the storm..."

The mother listened to Luke a moment before she stood up. "I'm going to find Jamie...she ran off somewhere around the house.."

Bo looked back at him, thinking for a moment before clicking his fingers and shaking his head. "No can't, bit hole in the roof from the last storm..."

"Well....about a county and a half away by the ridgerunner's routes..." She said gently

Sighing, she nodded again and looked down at her lap. "There were...changes which meant we had to move away from Hazzard...we moved out here where its quiet and peaceful..."

Bo nodded and ran to the other truck, relieved to find the other guy was out his truck and standing, shakily against it. "He's in shock is all Luke..."

She nodded with a small smile "Yeah you did..."

Bo quickly spun the General back round and headed back for the patrol car....at least what he thought was a patrol car. He pulled up quickly and ran to the driver's side, swallowing as he saw Rosco. "Rosco...Rosco wake up..."

She smiled and nodded a little "Didn't expect ya to recognise me...it has been near 10 years now...I'm Ms Pedderstone..."

Bo hadn't noticed the accident and looked to Luke briefly, still driving forwards. "What?"

She nodded with a sigh and sat next to him. "I know you too Luke...you used to deliver my shine before you boys got caught and put on probation..."

The woman soon came back with the glass of water, seeing him shaking and saying gently. "I got something stronger if you'd rather...some...some of your Uncle Jesse's shine..."

Bo looked back to him, shaking his head....Rosco must have something in the patrol car...either that or that wasn't a patrol car...either way, he just grinned back at Rosco and waved, yelling to Luke. "Down!" As he slammed on the brakes. Luke shifted the gears down and Bo spun the General as Rosco zoomed past him and headed back in the direction he had come in.

"I can drive one handed Lori, its the shifting the gears with a busted hand I can't do." As Luke shifted the gears for him, Bo working in perfect time with him, the General shot forward and Bo expertly used his one good hand to turn the wheel, relying mainly on his feet to actually control the car. The General seemed to become a part of him and Luke with him as he sensed what was happening. He skidded down into back route and towards his favourite jump.

The woman nodded and bustled back to the kitchen to get a glass of water for him.

Bo grinned as Luke dived into the car headfirst and scrabbled around to sit up properly in the seat, speeding down the back roads as Rosco's patrol car soon joined in the hunt, driving one handed. "Luke you gotta shift the gears, I can't."

She nodded with a smile and put it on the coffee table in front of him with a spoon and a plate that held a couple of pieces of fresh bread too. "Can I get ya anythin' to drink before I go see where that daughter of mine has run off to?"

Bo responded by nodding to Luke and watching as he walked away before dropping the tool he was holding and grabbing Lori's hand. He quickly pulled her along to the General and helped her slide into the passenger side, sliding into the driver's side and starting the engine. "Driving one handed it is then...get in the back Lori or yer gonna get kicked in the head...we're gonna drive by an' Luke ain't gonna look before he leaps...." He said as he sped forward.

Bo looked over as Rosco arrived, swallowing as he stood up and put one hand in the air, hissing to Luke. "There's a trackin' device in Lori's engine..." He gave a pointed look to Luke before looking back to Rosco and saying with a grin. "Sorry Rosco, I can't raise both, see this ones busted...."

Jamie's mother bustled out the kitchen, shaking her head as she couldn't see Jamie anywhere, carrying a bowl of soup over to Luke and smiling a little as she saw him awake. "Well hello there...I made you some soup..."

(In response to: Luke woke with a start, breathing heavily and shaking a little. He vaguely remembered where he was.) Jamie swallowed with sigh as Luke woke up, shaking her head and sinking down to the floor by the door, deeply troubled by what she had seen. Sometimes she really hated her gift...really hated it but then she also knew that it was her own fault for being so inquisitive...she had only wanted to help though...but if her mother found out she would be in a lot of trouble. For now, she decided to stay in her room and calm down a little before she went back downstairs.
