I love that one! John has some of the best quips. I heard a podcast recently where someone brought up the fact that he races with Jim Caviezel, and he responded, "God is my co-pilot!" I don't remember the commentary for "Double Dukes." What season was that? I think I've only heard the commentary for "One-Armed Bandits" and "In This Corner, Luke Duke."

According to this link, John's set to star in "42nd Street" in Pittsburgh this July: http://www.pittsburghclo.org I don't think this is set in stone (another actor who was set to star in "Grease" later pulled out), so anyone who plans to go might want to contact the theater for more information first.

I get the feeling the original stars are REALLY going to hate this one.

Because IMDb has it wrong. They have 1954 when it's supposed to be 1960, and for some reason they won't change it.

Well, that's not exactly truth in advertising -- we know John's seen his first TV performance again in recent years, since he did commentary for it! Unless he did some TV performance before "Dukes."

What happened was this: Someone in John's office jumped the gun and posted on his site several weeks ago about Jonathan's upcoming death. When word got out and people started e-mailing them about it, the message was yanked and replaced with that one. I agree that he needs to hurry up and change it. Now that the death has happened, that message looks really weird! If anyone likes "Smallville" fan fiction, some of us are working on stories where Jonathan comes back from the dead. Anyone who would like a link to the Jonathan Kent Fan Fiction Project, let me know.
