EvilErnie13 - if you're referring to the "hot-water heater" that is really pot. If anything this episode shows why drugs should not be part of the Duke's universe. They never used the stuff, and they never sold the stuff. Unless you're seeing something in the episode that I missed. I was referencing that episode to prove that the Dukes are against it. Not only are the Dukes against it, Boss and Roscoe are completely against drugs in Hazzard County! Boss Hogg is all about making money off of two dead Dukes (The Ghost of General Lee) and moving the graves of dead vets (RIP Henry Flatt), but drugs is wear he draws the line. There's no use for them in Hazzard County and there's no use for them in this movie. ...But who knows? Maybe this whole "Dukes using drugs" is just a hoax...

It's not the Dukes of Hazzard movie I wanted, but since I'm a glutton for punishment I will be there an hour early just to get a good seat. I know this won't be a real Dukes movie (after this they won't even try for another 25 years!); I'm just hoping to see a new Broken Lizard movie. Club Dread sucked! I'm going into this thing thinking it's Super Troopers with a sweet '69 orange Charger and Burt Reynolds. I expect nothing else from this movie... Which is a real disappointment.

Here is another upset and sad review about the Dukes movie… I don’t think I’ve heard a good review yet, unless it showcases how “beautiful†Jessica Simpson is in her Diasy Dukes outfit. It sounds like the guy who reviewed it is also a fan of the show. Man, was he disappointed. There are a few spoilers, but I think this thing is already spoiled! I, for one, won't be paying money for this movie. Trust me, I know all about that sexual innuendo in the TV show. The thing is is that it was subtle, not in your face. Read that last part of the trailer where Luke is in bed with two chicks. Not to sly. Now, I'm not complaining. I'm just saying I agree with Ben Jones when he said it's not a Dukes movie unless he can take his grandkids to it. This movie is targeting a certain group of people. Unfortunately it also involves us long time fans. You have to look at this movie like the other TV movies or a comic book movie. They are going to take the skeleton of the TV show/comic book and flesh it out they way they think they can make money. The group this is targeted for is PG-13, a rating that brings in alot of people due to it range. I would have been happy with a PG rating to be honest with you. I'm pretty sure the rating will be PG-13 for this reason. This movie will be the redneck version of the Fast and Furious. ...But I'm still going to watch it!

I'm buying the 1975 movie Moonrunners and I going to watch the new Dukes movie. I've heard that Moonrunners is horrible, but I also know that Moonrunners was the inspiration for the Dukes of Hazzard. With all the hype that is going on with this new movie, I'm starting to feel like this movie will be a real turd. I thought, to make things interesting, I would watch both films and see which one has better characters, better car chases, and, pretty much, which one is the bigger disappointment. If you've seen Moonrunners put in your two cents.

Here is the synopsis of the trailer with some pictures. Uncle Jessie looks really good and so does Boss Hogg. Bo, Luke, and Daisy just look like Knoxville, Stifler, and Jessica. Bo, and Luke look and sound like they are a couple of sex crazed punks (not good old boys!) and Jessica is just there to show a little T&A. I'm getting that feeling of nausea after thinking of Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke... I think they took the idea of from the pilot episode and gave it an R-rated spin. It's going to be PG-13 but I guarantee it won't be suitable for anyone expecting to see a Dukes movie. This makes me rethink getting excited about the movie. It sounds more like the Punks of Hazzard than the Dukes. I knew there was going to be a problem with the casting and it's really starting show how right I've been. Not to mention the Broken Lizard troupe (who I love) helped rewrite this, which means more sex and perverted jokes than you could shake a stick at. It's funny stuff, but not in a Dukes movie. I am happy they are doing a movie in the vein of SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT and BLUES BROTHERS, but they shouldn't have sexed it up really big. I'll be there to enjoy Boss, Roscoe, Cooter, Enos, and the (hopefully) great stunt driving. See you opening night! MAN! I really hate Jessica Simpson!

I've been reading this forum since the announcement of the movie and I have been reading all of the posts. I love looking at all the pictures and videos everyone has been posting. My only problem is going through all the posts to find ALL the pictures and videos taken from the movie. I was wondering if someone has all the links and can put them in one section.
