Thanks for the links. Two great interviews and confirms that this is going to be a good movie... From the interviews, you have solved one of the mysteries we saw from the pics of the movie filming on Hwy 10 near Clinton. it was Luke Duke & Uncle Jesse in Boss Hogg's Caddy throwing molotov cocktails at the police cars during the Rally race scenes filming along Hwy 10 (pics posted at ccc-la web site). Actually at that shoot it was the 2nd unit and their stunt replacements doing the driving...

But, now it makes sense, Luke stole Boss's caddy.. And, it was Luke & Uncle Jessie in Boss's Caddy... We just couldn't understand how Boss & Uncle Jessie had teamed up....

I agree, I wasn't all that excited by the interviews, though it was nice to see them. I admit, I'm not familiar with either Knoxville's or Scott, I don't think I've seen any of their movies. So a lot of the interview material was irrelevant to me.

I read the interviews, with sean, and johnny. Sean wants to put an american flag on the general. He compares Bo to Stifler. Oh no, were in trouble.

He said first that if he had one built for him, he'd leave the flag off because he couldn't drive it around LA with it on top...

umm..sorry but you read too much into that, he DID NOT compare bo to stifler, he said stifler was a different character than he bo is and neither are the same.

Not sure if you guys have read it or not, but apparently neither the cast nor director will give anything away about the plot, other than that the Dukes have to save Hazzard County. In the synopsis on Yahoo for the movie it says they also have to save the Duke farm from Boss Hogg.

I haven't read the article, but it sounds like at least a few of the elements of the TV show that we know will be in the movie. Saving Hazzard and/or the Duke farm was in many episodes, in one form or another.
