February 4, 200521 yr As far as I know, Byron Cherry still makes appearances from time to time in support of his time on The Dukes of Hazzard as "Coy Duke". As for Chris Mayer, I've heard that he is a born-again Christian. As far as I know, he is still acting from time to time.I met Byron Cherry back in 2002 for the first time. He seemed like an all-around good guy. He still basically looked the same as if he had just walked off of the set of The Dukes of Hazzard.GADuke01

March 1, 200521 yr Well, after they left the show, Coy and Vance took different paths in their careers...Coy went on to work at McDonalds and Vance went on to a career at Burger King.
March 11, 200521 yr Starting next Fall, Byron Cherry will take over the role of Jonathon Kent on Smallville and Christopher Mayer is currently Tom Wopat's understudy on Broadway.No, I'm not serious.
