RodneyAtkinsFan
When I saw this post, I was all like "No way!" And I got dis-comfortable...LOL anyways...Which episode was it? Cuz I watch Twilight Zone like all the time!
TimDuke
He was on more than 1 episode. I think as many as 3 possibly more.I know he was thought to be "dead" in the one episode and he pops up out of his coffin during the funeral and has "unusual powers" than he did before. I also recall in another episode a woman was smitten with him and to get a local "witch" to cast a love spell she had to pay with becomming a wild animal at night. Meadowmufn
He was in The Grave, Jess-Belle, and The Last Rites of Jeff Myrtlebank.
JadedPhoenixBurning
I never watched him in the Twilight Zone but I LOVED seeing him on Andy Griffith as Jim Lindsey. Man could he play the guitar!
Meadowmufn
Sorry to break it to you, but Jimmie didn't play the guitar in the Andy Griffith episodes. He faked it. The close-ups of the playing may have been jazz guitarist Herb Ellis, who played Bobby Fleet in the second episode Jimmie was in, "The Guitar Player Returns", but I can't confirm that. JadedPhoenixBurning
Well most of the playing by most actors back then was faked but it's still fun to watch the shows anyway.
MaryAnne
I have the "Last Rites" episode on a VHS tape somewhere. I've seen "The Grave" too, can't remember if I taped that one or not. I was gonna do a spoof fanfic once using the plot from "Last Rites" and applying it to Rosco. Never got around to writing it tho'. LOLThe Andy Griffith eps are hoot. "Yessirree, maybe get to be some kind of celebrity, have people runnin' around after ya, wantin' your autograph!""Yeah?""Yeah! Be worth learnin' how to write just for that!"
