August 11, 201016 yr I was watching CNN tonight (8:00 EST) and they were mentioning actors who got into politics. I didn't hear what was being said....but written at the bottom of the screen was "Ben Jones as Cooter Davenport on the Dukes of Hazzard" I think they also mentioned the years he was involved in politics in Georgia.

August 25, 201016 yr Author I sure did. The first half of his life was pretty tough. He's having a great time in the second half though.
