I stand corrected , although Mud Freak = Duke Farm, so it still works.

I didn't expect these to be solved so quickly - I'll have to work on some more, unless anyone else has some to post.

Incidentally, there were a few variations I could have used:

Cooter Davenport can also be 'Vetoed Porn Actor',

The Boars Nest can also be 'Breathes Snot' or 'Stoners Bathe' and

Rhuebottoms can also be 'Stout Hombre'.
