September 1, 200917 yr I've seen every episode several times and I'm sure they never said. I think the writers of the show were wise enough to know that ruining a great show like The Dukes of Hazzard by injecting politics into the storyline isn't a good idea. Hopefully the folks here on HazzardNet are wise enough to know that politics can ruin a good website too. I have very strong political views but have no intention of speculating on what they were. Since the show didn't specify, we'll never know. I think this is a situation where we should just let sleeping dogs lie. Of course, I can't tell people what to do because I have no more authority than anyone else (with the exception of the moderators). I can only politely ask that we don't start an unhealthy debate over this.
September 3, 200917 yr Author yea i agree i think this thread should be locked or deleted or something.Sorry about that on lighter news some senior stiffed Gerri our back cashier out of 20 cents on tuesday and he was driving a Caddy the Cashier at handout got the money as well.
