Sara however didn't seem so phased by it, nodding and ticking some things, jotting little notes down as she kept talking.

"Okay, that's a good start, that lets me know what I need to help you with. Now the question is why...why do you feel this way..."

Luke's mouth clamped shut. There were lots of things but expposing them to a stranger was not something he could do.

Sara nodded, having pretty much expected that reaction.

"Okay...wel for now I need you to get some rest so Bo i'm afraid i'll have to ask you to leave now..."

Bo swallowed gently and nodded, desperatly wanting to make Luke talk but knowing that Sara would probably get a better result than he could through her own methods.

Luke whimpered in his throat, turning away as tears dripped down his face, thinking his cousin would not come back.

"Your quite welcome to come back tomorrow Bo..." Sara said kindly, to which Bo nodded and squeezed Luke's hand gently.

"You can bet on it...I promise ya cousin, i'll be back tomorrow t'come check on ya..."

Luke squeezed his eyes shut nodding as tears leaked out. "M...msorry..."

"Don't be sorry cousin...just get better..." Bo whispered, leaning over and hugging his cousin close.

Luke hugged into him shakily, closely, not wanting to let him go.

Sara watched them with internet, noting down anything she could use in Luke's recovery, knowing that Bo and his family would not only be a contribution to Luke's problem but could also a leading factor in his recovery.

Bo rubbed Luke's back softly, feeling him shaking and saying softly.

"You can trust her Luke...she seems like a good person, she just wants to get you back to yourself to come home agian...remember that...i'll be here tomorrow I promise..."

Luke nodded softly, though he felt as though his heart was breakiing.

Bo sighed and finally tore himself away from Luke's grip, walking slowly out the room without looking back so as to make it eaisier on Luke. he hated doing it, feeling like he was leaving a vulnerable little child alone to fend for itself.

No sooner had Bo left then Luke hid his face in his hands and sobbed, rocking himself slightly.

Bo closed his eyes as he heard the sobs start as soon as he walked out the room but forced himself to keep going, tears dripping down his cheeks once more though he didn't make a sound as he went to find Daisy.

Sara sighed softly as she saw it happen, putting the clipboard down gently and sitting next to Luke on the bed where Bo had been, resting a gentle supportive hand on his back and saying softly.

"Hey now its okay....you'll be okay here with us...Bo'll come back tomorrow and see ya as well...he promised you so..."

Luke choked wanting so badly to believe that Bo would come back, but in his heart he feared that he wouldn't... that he said so just to get Luke to stay. Tears dripped down his cheeks.

Daisy stood at the window watching the rain tap lightly against the glass.

"Do you not believe him Luke?" Sara asked softly.

Bo gently rested a hand on her shoulder, swallowing softly.

"We gotta go..."

Daisy turned swallowing hard but nodding wrapping her arm around Bo's waist.

Luke shrugged. He didn't know...he wanted to believe him, but at the same time, he knew he wouldn't want to come back to himself, why would Bo wanna come back to him?

Bo hugged her close, wanting nothing more than to run back to Luke's room and protect his cousin for the rest of his life, like Luke had always done for him. He couldn't help but feel like he had already failed at being the head of the family...and he didn't even know if what he had done was even going to help Luke...from the looks of what Luke had done, he didn't actually want to accept the doctor's help...

Sara nodded a little. "Well has he ever broke a real important promise to you before?"

Daisy just huggled him close, walking with him.

"No," answered Luke in a barely audible whisper.

"So...why would this situation make that any different? I can see he loves and cares for you a lot...why would he a break a promise to you now hmm?" Sara tried to reason with him softly.

"Cuz I done ruined any reason he had to care about me," answered Luke.

"Why you think that?" She asked again, softly pressing for information but not making it seem so.

"Cuz...he's lost all respect for me...an I don't blame him."

"Now i'm sure that ain't true....." Sara said with a slight shake of her head "From the looks of things he loves you more than ever...he's scared for ya more than anything...until you hear words like that come out of his mouth, you should never put them in there....that leads to a whole mess of misunderstandings..."

Soft tears flowed down his cheeks. He was so scared... and he felt more alone than ever.

"I'll take care of you while Bo's not here...I'm gonna help you get better so you dont have to be scared anymore...but you have to help me understand what your scared of..where all these feelings have come from...as much work as I can do, I'm not a miricle mind reader..." She explained to him softly.
