Tom Wopat will not be at 2007 Dukefest

Featured Replies

Well, it's great that Tom's show is doing so well and I understand him being obligated by contract. But, it really is disappointing that Luke won't be there. He looked like he had a ball last year! I think he was surprised that the crowd was so glad he was there, but I don't know why he was surprised. He is still my favorite Duke boy but I must say that Bo / John has really gotten better with age!!!

We'll sure miss ya this yearTom! Hope to see ya again in 2008!

I heard on the news that the reason he wasnt coming to dukesfest was because he was stuck in california over a dui. this isnt true??

What news station did you hear that on?

Tom's website does have a message board and email available.

Completely untrue. Tom is touring with the "CHICAGO" musical and had contractual obligations with that, which prevented him from attending DukesFest. Boiled down to a schedule conflict.

Tom did have a DUI charge last year, but it did not cause him to miss any scheduled performances.
