Rules n' Regulations

Featured Replies

Howdy! We've decided to run a few photoshop contests for fun. This forum is where we'll post new contests, guidelines, and discussions about the entries. We'll have a few rules to follow, so please check here or in the contest threads to determine if your entry will meet our requirements.

Our current rules (subject to change) are:

1. Keep it clean. This is a family site, ya know. If the judges deem any entry to be inappropriate for display on this site, it will be disqualified. No ifs, ands, or buts.

2. Admins may participate, but cannot "win" a contest... since we're the judges.

3. The judges' decisions are final.

By participating in our contests, you agree to be bound by these rules (and whatever rules we make up later). ;)

Are these contests only limited to 'Photoshop' users or can other programs be used for the pictures? I have never worked with Photoshop, I use Photo Impact from Ulead, have used it for several years now.

Other photo manipulation programs can be used. I don't use Photoshop either, the program I use is PaintShop Pro. Much like Xerox has become a generic term for copying something, Photoshop has become a generic term for photo manipulation. LOL
