Julieduke Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 I like this show, but one burning question why didn't they make a spin-off from this show? Quote
deathangel_tori Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 They did something of a spinoff not actually dukes, but the shows' name was Enos and you can take a guess who it revolved around. Most spinoff on the whole though generally don't survive to well. Quote
deathangel_tori Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 No denying that. Now that I reread the original comment from above, I'm not sure if the person commented regarding the show itself or the eppisode. Though I am saying it again, yes it was a good epi Quote
Julieduke Posted May 1, 2006 Author Posted May 1, 2006 The Mason Dixon's Girls Episode I am talking about. Quote
Cooter Davenport Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 Yeah that episode was great. Ya get to see Cooter's farm (yay) lol Quote
deathangel_tori Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 I just can't figure how he can work on the farm and still have the time to work his garage. But hey if he gets it done who am I to knock it. Quote
Cooter Davenport Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 True. I haven't thought of that. Maybe he takes days off from the Garage? Quote
deathangel_tori Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 I thought about that too, but hoe would people get gas? Don't seem likely. Quote
MaryAnne Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 I believe the idea of Mason Dixon's Girls was pitched for a spin-off of the Dukes but there were no takers. I think it would've worked...tho' I probably would've gotten a different actress to play Sam. I dunno why, she just didn't seem to fit. I liked Tinker. Lisa Quote
Julieduke Posted October 15, 2006 Author Posted October 15, 2006 I think so to, but who knows the spinoff the might not of made as well. Did you know that Jude Emery was supposed to spinoff a show about a Texas Ranger that cbs how in plans. Oh but wait a minute wasn't there years later a show called "Walker, Texas Ranger" with Chuck Norris I guess the people at Cbs wasn't ready in the 80's for such a show yet. Quote
FreeLantz Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 I thought about that too, but hoe would people get gas? Don't seem likely.Cooter can take a day off from the garage anytime he wants -- his brother LB can run it while he's gone. Quote
