April 17, 200620 yr I like this show, but one burning question why didn't they make a spin-off from this show?
April 17, 200620 yr They did something of a spinoff not actually dukes, but the shows' name was Enos and you can take a guess who it revolved around. Most spinoff on the whole though generally don't survive to well.
May 1, 200620 yr No denying that. Now that I reread the original comment from above, I'm not sure if the person commented regarding the show itself or the eppisode. Though I am saying it again, yes it was a good epi
May 30, 200620 yr I just can't figure how he can work on the farm and still have the time to work his garage. But hey if he gets it done who am I to knock it.
October 15, 200619 yr I believe the idea of Mason Dixon's Girls was pitched for a spin-off of the Dukes but there were no takers. I think it would've worked...tho' I probably would've gotten a different actress to play Sam. I dunno why, she just didn't seem to fit. I liked Tinker. Lisa
October 15, 200619 yr Author I think so to, but who knows the spinoff the might not of made as well. Did you know that Jude Emery was supposed to spinoff a show about a Texas Ranger that cbs how in plans. Oh but wait a minute wasn't there years later a show called "Walker, Texas Ranger" with Chuck Norris I guess the people at Cbs wasn't ready in the 80's for such a show yet.
October 26, 200619 yr I thought about that too, but hoe would people get gas? Don't seem likely.Cooter can take a day off from the garage anytime he wants -- his brother LB can run it while he's gone.
