HEY HERE AN IDEA I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET TO MONSTER GARAGE TAKE A GENERAL LEE CLONE AND PUT A TROPHY TRUCK SUSPENSION UNDER IT SO THE GENERAL LEE WOULD ACTUALY SURVIVE THE JUMPS LET ME KNOW IF YOU LIKE THIS IDEA.8)

I do believe there was an episode were Cooter built the General with a truck suspention on it. I'm not sure which episode that was.

I kinda rememeber that episode too. They made the General 4 wheel drive I think...

Anybody know what episode we are talking about????

no, if i am not mistaken, i believe it was to catch the car strippers, 5 women would hide in the bushes on any road in hazzard and shot the radiator so the people would think they was haveing car trouble, when the people would leave for help the ladys would move in and strip the car, jesse happend to go by and one guy thought he did it, naturely the ladys worked for boss and sold all the parts at a new store opened in hazzard and they arrested jesse, when the girls would strip the cars they all had old jeeps, like CJ7's or something , so they would go off road so they wasnt caught, so the boys had to prove jesse wasnt the one who did it so the general really did some off roadin, sorry i didnt see this post when i first joined, this was done a while ago, hope you guys find it!

according to a site I visited,there were 147 episodes,one of wich was called"arrest Jessie duke"!

In this episode,women are stealing parts off cars wich boss re sells,and the women always got away in jeeps,going through ruff terrains where only jeeps can go!

So of course,the dukes and cooter turn the General lee into a monster car.

It looked pretty cool,funny but cool!

I looked at all 147 episodes,and only" 5" I didn't remember ever seing!
