Is there a reliable place to get new slip covers for the original DVD sets?

I have most of the original DVD sets for the series, the foldout style cases, and some of them are missing their original slip covers. In my case, I need 2 and possibly 5, since my cover for 5 has the proof of purchase barcode missing, so I'd like one in more pristine condition if possible. Is there anywhere I can get them specifically?

All of my Dukes DVD sets are in slimline DVD cases with two DVDs per case. They are available on eBay. I'm not sure exactly what the foldout ones look like.

Foldout are those double sided A/B discs format. With episode guide printed thru out the cardboard casing. Some have flaps and titles, and descriptions are finished on the back side. Example Season 1 Disc Side A
