Jessica Simpson, rude? Oh noooooo. Not around here...no way. I'm sure she's nice to a few people she may know, but to us? She was a total....uhhhh..... I'll tell ya how much her co-workers like her. At the Wrap Party one Saturday night she was advised NOT to sing after Willie got done. They were afraid she'd get boo'd or even worse, ignored. I could care less if she came back here. Now, my wife on the other hand...CAT FIGHT!! They didn't jive. She may be polite in her own little world. I'll shut up now.

That's funny. Actually the little car you see with the "bike" strapped to it was Rhys Millen's little Evo racer. It was the one (below link---I still can't get the stupid pictures to post) used as a chase car. It was about the only one that could keep up with the General Lee. That poor car had more camera mounts on it/in it/under it than you could count. The bicycle rack was a nice touch though. And if you look real hard behind the GL landing you'll see the Lincoln with the remote driving seat in it. The whole stunt was ran at 70 MPH (which would warrant a ticket in that particular stretch of 60). http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y10/Scott225/chasecar.jpg

CountryGal? It wouldn't matter what you've got. Just hearing a lady talk about cars does me in! My last girlfriend barely knew what a spark plug was. Only after I threw one at her (jokingly, guys, come on). We do need some pictures of it though.

NY Daily News article - not good....
Scott replied to Capt_Redneck's topic in Dukes of Hazzard Movies
I ain't taking nothing into account UNTIL everybody has the opportunity to actually see the movie and judge for themselves. Since when have we ever listened to movie critics? Anyone remember Siskel & Ebert on TV? We'd watch it just to hear them argue between themselves. Usually we'd go to see a movie just because they said it was bad. So why let some "No Name" from New York deter me from seeing something I was a part of or something I grew up with. Not gonna do it. Again, it just makes me want to see it more. And we'll all be standing in line August 5th and rushing for the front rows. With all that's in the movie (General Lee, bikinis, Wonder Woman, bikinis, fast cars, bikinis, stunts...etc), no doubt about it...I'm going! -

You just had to give me a challenge, huh? If only I could find a good (big) picture of Sorrell as the Hogg. Well, here's a couple: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y10/Scott225/whatif.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y10/Scott225/whatifagain.jpg

Just look for the big, orange car on the red carpet. It'll be the only one with the HEMI

New poll: How many think that Ben Jones is going to see this movie anyway? There's NO way he won't see it. Curiosity will drive him mad. It's like a train wreck to him! He's gotta see it.

Jessica ON and IN the new issue of GQ magazine.
Scott replied to LuvJessInDaisyDukes's topic in Dukes of Hazzard Movies
It ain't that Daisy's part isn't too deep...it's because the writers had to dumb it up a bit just so she could understand it. The original Daisy was quite smart. But Jessica's NOSE kept getting in the way and she couldn't read the lines in the script. Had to shorten them up so she could memorize them. Not that I'm mean or anything towards her, but I didn't appreciate a few things she did down here...thus the justified smack. -

Actually it'll possibly be something like the boys finding a faded orange car and ramping it. Then maybe the orange car will be frozen in mid-air as the balladeer speaks his piece. Of course I may be wrong. Either way the car winds up getting screwed up early on in the film after it possibly hits some farm implements. Enter Cooter, stage right. Or, who knows. Maybe it will be the "nose" opening the welded-shut door on a finished, shining General Lee and serving some glued down beer on a tray mouthing...er...singing unintelligible words to an old song that used to be good. (no hate here, eh?) But I'll still be the first one there on opening night.

The Intrepids were nice to look at but at a mechanical stand-point it was a nightmare. The extra cost incurred due to certain mechanics caused this area to go for Impala's and Vic's.

I don't care how hard you try...you CAN NOT read those lyrics and not start singing at the same time. Even tha words is toe-tapping. By the way, I just left Tennessee last week, and since I have no life, I read their (internet) paper and news now. Don't ask. Anyhow, I found this neat little article some here would get a kick out of. http://www.volunteertv.com/Global/story.asp?S=3542863
