Hey Ya'll I have been reading many posts about movie script ideas and I have to say that you guys have some great ideas. I have to say though that I really would like to see the original cast in the big screen version of the movie. My concept would be that If WB insists on new faces as the lead characters, the original cast should be written into the movie to "pass the torch" to the new cast. Now I still believe that there is no real way to replace the original dukes, but if it must be done the only way I can see it on film in my eyes is by passing the torch to the new cast.

hey matt, Nice idea for a teaser trailer, I hope the stunts of the General, are more spectular than ever!!! from what I can see and from what I have heard, There are many General Lee's being built for stuntwork so you can bet we are in for a treat. I dont know if it is still holds true but at one time the General Lee, held the worlds record for the longest car jump!!! Who knows what we may see! Yeee Haww!!!!!!!!!

I have to agree with you Maryanne, the folks in LA have been great! Thanks to ya'll!!! If you think about it for a minute, The Duke family although a ficiticious family on TV, they stood for everything that was good and right in this world. They were decent caring folk that always looked out for others. I am so happy that this new movie is coming out next year, I just hope the "new" Dukes are portrayed the way they should be. I think this whole country needs a dose of down home country fun, while at the same time maybe learing that it is cool to be caring and thoughtful in this life. What do you think?

Hey Ya,ll Just some quick thoughts here. We all know that John Schneider was and still is great at putting the General Lee through his paces. He is actually a professional driver and I was told that he attended the Skip Barber Racing School. Is Sean W. Scott up to the challenge of making the General Lee dance the way he should? Or do you think it will be all left up to stunt drivers. I hope at least this new kid gets the proper training. I love the idea of the new movie,but its gonna take alot to impress me with the new cast. No offence to Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Nelson they are legends in their own right. But these three new main actors, Scott, Knoxville, and Simpson. I just have my doubts. what do ya'll think?

Dear sir, I really enjoyed reading you message and Im glad to see that someone is trying to preserve something from our past. They just dont make TV shows like the Dukes of Hazzard anymore. I was hooked from the very first episode "One Armed Bandits" and I am absolutley crazy about the General Lee Dodge Charger. I have always hope to own my own someday but they are really getting rare. thanks again for the great story.

thanks for the great picture! Maybe its just me, but does Sean William Scott look a little "small" to play the role of Bo? sitting there on the General , to me he looks almost too young for the part. I guess I am just used to see John Schneider there. I hope this new cast can pull this off, because I think "Dukes" fans are going to swarm to see this movie like moths to a lightbulb. Id hate to see everybody let down. The General does look awesome in this picture...dont you think? The raised white letter tires are a really nice touch.
