"You know she's not gonna want you to help. She's gonna think that it's putting you in too much danger." Luke says.

"We managed to stabilized her condition but it's up to her to wake up and pull through." The doctor says.

"Dean and Sam don't want to take that chance but they don't know Lizzy as well as we do." Luke says.

"Ms. Duke the baby is fine. It took us a bit to find the heartbeat and figure out what was going on but the baby will be fine." The doctor told her.

"I know, Bo's scared of the same thing but ever time he tells her Lizzy answers that she can out-smart him." Luke says.

Soon the men ended up in jail and all three girls were rushed to the nearest hospital.

"The only problem with it is that they're not sure she's going to be strong enough after the baby's born and that the moment she is strong enough the demon will take over and they'll be too late." Luke sighs.

"The demon is more powerful than she is but he promised he'd wait until after the child was born. I don't how to help her and Dean and Sam say they could try an exorcism but they'd have to wait until the baby is born to do it." Luke says.

"Artemis made her promise that when her child is born she will hand it over to Bo and walk away letting him use her to kill Dean and Sam." Luke says softly.

"Do you remember what he made her promise him?" Luke asks.

"Do you remember how nearly seven months ago Lizzy mentioned that the demon she was fighting made her promise something?" Luke asks.

"Hey what's going on?" Luke asks taking a seat on her couch.

Then one day Luke comes over to talk to her about everything and has some concerns.

Nathaniel nods taking the words to heart. "Mommy, how can she be my aunt if she's the same age as me?" He asks.

"Thank, I appreciate that." Jimmy says watching her leave then turning back to the pictures. His eyes caught the one Lizzy had sent him of Angel laughing with two of her friends. "One day my little girl. One day you'll realize I'm not that evil anymore. And that I still love you." Meanwhile Lizzy was still watching over Molly who seemed to be throwing a fit as she slept. She wanted nothing more than to climb up on the bed and take hold of her daughter but the doctors weren't allowing her to. Instead she waited and soon enough the door opened.

"Thank you for that. I do realize I hurt you. I never meant to. Just like I never meant to kill Cindy. I never realized that some one could die from the mixture. I am really sorry for that." Jimmy says hanging his head.

"Thanks. I realize however that I've got to pay my time. I hurt somebody really bad and I shouldn't have. For that I have to pay and although I regret it I wouldn't ask for any less or nicer treatment. I deserve it for killing her. But thanks it means a lot to know that you support me." Jimmy says.

"That's good maybe this will help her see the man my father really is. She's never had the strength to leave him before but maybe now...maybe she'll live a better life if he's sentenced though I can't see Lizzy resting easy until he's put away for good." Jimmy sighs. "Daisy do you think Lizzy forgives me?"

"Then he'll get sentenced to life. Good. That's all I want. I'm glad...y'all's kids are ok. Do you know what's gonna happen to my mother?" Jimmy asks.

Jimmy looked down taking in all the information. "Ok well the arm will heal and the sedative will pass through their bodies. What's going to happen to my father?" Jimmy asks.

"Hey Daisy, what can I do for you?" Jimmy asks.

"I think it's a great idea Daisy." Lizzy answers smiling. "While you do that I think I'm going to go see how Molly's doing."
