  1. "Ok, as long as you say you're sorry and make up everything will work out." Austin says as the three go back down and to dinner.
  2. "Alright...Daisy can we please try to get through one dinner? They're kids and I know Bo may have seemed a little harsh on Austin but it's his choice he's had to deal with raising Austin alone for four years and it wasn't easy. Austin understood why he had to stand in the corner." Lizzy says. "I don't blame Daddy Aunt Daisy. Please don't blame him either. Sometimes I'm not easy to deal with and Daddy gets angry. It could be worse though. Daddy could hit me but he doesn't and I know he loves me." Austin says. "Daddy says dinner's almost done."
  3. "You? How could I? God knows if I hadn't screwed up in the first place none of this ever would have happened." Lizzy answers sighing.
  4. "I don't like you doubting my parenting techniques Daisy. I get enough flack from raising him alone and not moving on. I don't need my cousin in on it too." Bo snaps turning from the stove to glare a Daisy. "Stop it, both of you." Lizzy snaps. "Daisy you may have gone a little too far with that remark and Bo maybe punishing him wasn't completely right. Besides we all know it's my fault anyway." Lizzy looks around the kitchen then bolts upstairs.
  5. "It still wasn't right and he knows it." Bo sighs. "I could have done what Uncle Jesse did to us and whipped his hide but I figured this is gentler."
  6. "Austin." Bo snapped. "Mommy." Austin said running to the protection he thought his mother would offer. "Austin you know what I told you." Bo says. "Mommy?" "Listen to your father sweetheart." Lizzy says softly. Austin nods and walks over to Carmen. "I'm sorry I said what I did Carmen." Austin says then walks to the corner and presses his forehead against the wall. "Six minutes." Bo says. Lizzy looks stunned when Austin just nods.
  7. "She is so sweet. She's what four weeks old?" Lizzy asks. "It's been about that long since I last talked to Bo."
  8. Lizzy sighs as she shuts the door and ushers them into the kitchen. "He has been nothing but a my little shadow since we left the court house and I don't know what to do about him." Lizzy says. "I've tried reassuring him that I'm not going anywhere but nothing I say seems to work."
  9. Lizzy ruffled his hair and slowly pulled open the door relieved to only find Daisy, Cameron, Jacob, and Enos on the other side. "Hey come on in. Bo swears it's almost ready. Though I'm not to sure I want to eat it? Lord knows that boy can't...er couldn't cook when I left here. It smells good enough and Austin says he likes Bo's cooking." Lizzy says.
  10. "Absolutely perfect. I would love to catch up on everything I've missed." Lizzy agrees. And so for dinner Bo cooked and Lizzy talked with Austin. Although he didn't directly say it Lizzy knew he was scared she would leave and not come back again. Lizzy tried to assure him it wouldn't happen.
  11. "Good. Bo can we just go home?" Lizzy asks adjusting Austin on her back a bit.
  12. "If I had any idea...god I'm so sorry." Lizzy says. Then Lizzy felt another hand on her back.
  13. "I swear on Austin's life I will never touch or run a drop of shine again." Lizzy says pulling Austin off and crouching. Austin jumped on Lizzy's back and wrapped his legs around her waist and his arms draped over her shoulders. "I'm not going anywhere."
  14. "God Daisy...If I were you I'd be so angry at me." Lizzy says hugging Daisy until she feels two little arms wrap around her legs.
  15. "Seven months Lizzy you can do it." Lizzy mutters then lets out a sharp whistle that makes all three children stop in their tracks. "Stop giving your mother a hard time." Lizzy says to Carmen and Jacob. "Daisy god I can't apologize enough for everything I did to you."
  16. "I will get you one day and then you'll be right where you belong." Huntley says. "Where? In the arms of my husband and holding my baby boy?" Lizzy asks. "In jail." Huntley spits. "Scram before I do commit a felony." Lizzy growls. Huntley leaves and Lizzy checks with a deputy in Atlanta to see who her probation officer in Hazzard is.
  17. "Mama!" Austin shouts hurling himself into Lizzy's arms. Lizzy scoops him up and hugs him tight. "My baby boy." Lizzy answers rubbing his back. "You're so big." "You lying little..." Huntley starts. "Language." Lizzy roars over the end of Huntley's statement. "I never lied. My lawyer refused to let me answer the question as to whether I had a child or husband. Besides all it would have taken was a bit more digging and the records would have been found. You didn't do your job and because of your shortcuts I'm free." Lizzy says.
  18. "25,000 dollars? How in the world..." Lizzy starts. "Shut up and say thank you." Matt hisses. "Thank you Judge, you're a fair guy. I'll let my dad know that any time you have car problems. I'm sure he'll give you a discount." Lizzy says.
  19. "I don't like this one bit Luke. It's not me to sit back and watch if she gets hurt. If you're sure she knows what she's doing then I will pull back and watch from a distance but it'll be hard." Bo says. "I however will not hold back afterwords if she does get hurt."
  20. "Yeah I can deal with that." Lizzy says. "Good because here comes the judge." Matt hisses forcing Lizzy up. "In light of this new evidence we would like to ask the court to reevaluate Ms. Davenport's sentence. We are asking the court for probation with a community service fee. We feel that she was only caught and sentenced without proper cause. We can not deny that she was running moonshine as the court has already seen the proof that she was only that you remember she was caught and searched without probable cause which is a federal crime." Ben tells the court.
  21. "So you're telling me to sit back and watch as the only girl I have ever loved get hurt?" Bo asks in disbelief.
