    *hands were clenched so hard into fists that his knuckles were turning white as tears dripped steadily down his cheeks*

    Jesse nodded a little. "I think it just done moved its leg an' it hurt is all...while its awake we can try feedin' it again though."

    *scowls at Daisy* I do not look at the funnies...fact I dont really read the newspaper..s'borin

    Bo too stood up angrily, tears burning his eyes. "We ain't leavin' the farm, we ain't! Over my dead body!"

    Jesse patted Luke's head gently, crossing over to the little thing and looking it over gently.

    Jesse smiled and nodded again "Sure are..."

    Jesse watched the pair with a smile, shaking his head softly as he wrapped an arm around Lavinia. He could see those two already becoming a formidable pair and knew there were many years ahead in which they would both be running around getting into trouble, but also many years of friendship and trust between them.

    Bo hugged Luke back, crawling into Luke's lap to keep him in place before picking up his toy and starting to play properly with it as he babbled away.

    Bo whimpered and stretched out his arms to Luke, wanting his older cousin.

    *had been looking at the floor since they had arrived, but his head had snapped up quick at the news. Looking to his Uncle, his jaw hung open, he watched as Jesse stood up, shaking his head a little.* "We can't be losin' it Uncle Jesse...we can't its our home! It has been since we was little, an' yers fer longer!"

    Jesse sighed, shaking his head. "Luke...Bo wants ya..."

    Bo however soon noticed that Luke wasn't with him anymore, not used to Luke's attention being divided between him and something else, whining a little.

    Bo babbled happily as he sat with the pillow, not realizing what he had done. Jesse smiled and headed over as Lavinia rushed forward, scooping Bo into her arms and laying kisses all over him which the youngest Duke delighted in getting.

    Jesse smiled as he watched quietly, Bo reaching forward and grabbing a pillow, dragging it off the couch and sitting back down on the floor again with it.

    Eventually Bo got bored and stopped throwing the toy, looking around and seeing something much more interesting on the couch to play with. Crawling over to it, he pulled himself up to his feet.

    Bo laughed happily and clapped as Luke went and got it, taking it as Luke handed it back to him and throwing it again.

    Bo burbled as Luke started to follow him to the lounge, picking up one of his toys and throwing it.

    *sighs and jumps out the back of the truck, walking on the side of Jesse that Luke wasn't on.*

    Bo's hand stayed where it was for a while before he pulled away and crawled out of Luke's lap again, pulling on his shirt for Luke to come play with him.

    *snaps out of his thinking as he was yelled at, looking around before sliding down in the bed, laying so that he was looking up at the clear blue sky and the tops of the trees.*

    Bo of course didn't understand what Luke was saying but gathered from the way Luke was acting that it was important. Bouncing a little again, Bo leaned forward and gently rested his hand on the fawn's neck again as he had done before.

    Bo bounced a little in Luke's lap, pointing to the fawn and looking up at Luke...not knowing that Luke already knew about the little thing.

    *stays as he was, not hearing the conversation inside the cab of the truck, absorbed in his own thoughts and feelings. In fact he was thinking about what he wanted to do as soon as Jesse's lecture was over...*

    Bo squealed a little as he saw Luke come into the kitchen, crawling over to him as he burbled happily.
