  1. Hey everyone! I'm back and glad to be here too! Missed you all lots but i'm here t'run my mouth off in typical Bo fashion once more
  2. (this aint gonna be the only rp on here you can blag rosco for the next one ) Bo sighed and ran a hand through his hair, shaking his head softly as he looked up at the blue sky above him. Swallowing softly, the same questions that he knew had to be running through Luke's head was running through his. Biting his lip he looked back down at the ground. "It can't be real Luke...those papers just can't be...Boss has got t'have some stupid scheme up his sleeve...the government wouldn't make someone homeless that don't deserve it just like that....would they..." Bo asked, uncertain as of the answer and a little afraid to hear it. He wasn't sure if it was true or just his hopeful naivity coming into play. All he knew was that the home he had had all his life was about to be lost for good unless him and Luke could do something, anything to get it out of Boss's fat, greasy hands.
  3. Bo didn't hear Luke's words, his gaze following Rebecca as she drove out of Cooter's garage and drove away. He sighed softly and shook his head a little, not removing his gaze from the last spot he had seen her disappear from.
  4. Jesse watched his gaze with another small sigh, running a hand softly through Luke's dark curls. "I want this lil' thing to live as much as you do son...and I've always said that love and care is a miracle worker in itself so it might well happen...I just asked that you didn't get yer hopes up in case it was too sick to keep goin'...that's all..."
  5. Sorry y'all, I've been away...so...i'll try and catch up on some questions... Luke is by far the fastest runner, if you notice when I run, I kinda can't run properly due t'a accident I had when I was younger so I run with a limp...like a duck really. So that slows me down quite a lot so does the asthma. Plus Luke was a marine so he could run fast with a huge backpack full o'stuff on and whilst carrying a gun. As you know we just found a wreck of a charger in a junk yard and from there much of what the General is came about by chance. We already had the engine, the only colour Cooter had in his garage at the time was Orange and then Uncle Jesse through up the name of the General Lee. My favourite meal is anything Daisy makes
  6. Jesse swallowed softly, not knowing how to explain this concept to a child. "Son...passin' on is a natural part of life...aint nothin' certain that we's gonna live fer long or live a little life...not everyone ya love has passed on son..me an' yer Aunt's still here...an' Bo's still battlin' on...Daisy's here too an' this little one ain't passed yet...what happened to yer momma and daddy was a terrible accident..."
  7. "Yeah but you know we can't leave Uncle Jesse t'do the farm work by himself...he needs one of us back there..."
  8. "Wrong with you? No course not, why would ya think there was?" Jesse asked softly.
  9. I ain't all fired sure...they just said they's lookin' fer young guys...like...20-25....
  10. Bo bit his lip a little, swallowing softly. "Well...I heard about a job nearby..."
  11. Jesse shook his head and gently pulled the little boy into his lap, holding him close. For such a young person, Luke had already experienced so much tragedy. No kid that young should have to go through something as traumatic as losing your parents at the same time...all Luke had ever really known is death and illness of the ones he loved the most...Jesse wished he could show him it didn't all have to be that way.
  12. *Bo nodded a little, knowing it would help a lot though but in truth he knew Lue didn't want to sell the General either...General Lee had been their first project together when Luke came back from the Marines...one of the things that had helped Luke to feel somewhat normal again...as much as the General Lee meant a lot to Bo...to Luke it meant a lot more and that was something not many people knew. Luke owed the General Lee a lot more than he had ever let on.*
  13. Jesse looked to Luke, sighing gently again and shaking his head. "Luke I tol' ya not t'get attatched..."
  14. Jesse continued to watch them both until the fawn refused to drink anymore, carefully laying the little head back down and covering it back up properly as it drifted back to sleep.
  15. "It ain't up to him...s'our car..." *says softly...he didn't want to give up the General, no one iota...but the farm was his home, he had known no other...and at the end of the day that was more important...*
  16. Bo just waved a little in response, for once not having the words to say anything back....none that he thought were good enough to say goodbye with anyway.
  17. Bo swallowed hard, biting his lip before looking to Luke and saying softly...even though it choked him up to even suggest it. "We..we could...sell the General..."
  18. Jesse sighed softly as he made sure the fawn was settled, before saying quietly. "I don't know Luke...either...she's abandoned the little thing because its injured or...or its passed on son.."
  19. "No! No course I want it! Its great...I just...its hard after...hearing what Uncle Jesse just said about the farm...I...its hard to think about anything beyond that right now..." *he said softly*
  20. The fawn shifted a little as it drank, still very weak but getting uncomfortable just laying on its side. Jesse gently stopped Luke from feeding it, unwrapping the little thing carefully before turning it so it could lay on its other side before wrapping it back up again and getting the fawn started on the milk again.
  21. Bo bit his lip a little as he watched her blush, too used to that reaction to be much bothered by it...though he had to admit he was surprised he wasn't blushing. He knew he wasn't because his cheeks seems to heat up when he did. There weren't many girls that could make him feel like he did around Rebecca...there was something different about her and yet he didn't know what it was...maybe it was the thrill of chasing something that he knew in reality he shouldn't really be chasing after..
  22. Jesse nodded softly, smiling a little as he just watched the fawn.
  23. Bo swallowed softly, looking back down at the ticket.
  24. Jesse continued to hold the fawn's head up, gently encouraging it to drink by massaging its throat with his fingers. Soon the little fawn was sucking softly at the bottle, drinking the milk.
