"Luke please...tell me...what do you want me to do for you....do you want to come home...do you want to stay here where the doctors could help ya...I dont know what to do Luke, I dont want you to go....but I dont know how to help you...I need you to tell me how to help you..." Bo pleaded desperatly, looking straight into Luke's eyes, praying for any sign that Luke heard him and would tell him what needed to happen next.

Bo choked softly, there was only one option in his mind. Swallowing hard he pulled Luke a little away from him and held him gently by the shoulders. "Luke...look at me...please brother I need you to look at me....I need you to tell me something..."

Bo shook his head softly, looking to her with tormented eyes. At the time of thinking what he should do, he knew it was the sensibilist thing...that it was the safest and the best thing to do for Luke at the time...but now sitting here with Luke so broken in his arms...he just didn't know if he should anymore...

Bo sniffed softly as he just rocked Luke and this Daisy softly, not knowing now what to do...he did have a plan when Uncle Jesse was still with them...but now he just didn't have a clue...

Bo carefully sat down on a few seats in the corridor with him, being able to feel Luke slipping even in his tight grip. Looking up at Daisy he motioned her over to hug the other side of Luke.

"So what's gonna go on round here today then...all we were told was that Rosco might need some help setting up...we would have been here earlier but SOMEONE..." With that he looked to Sammy "...couldn't decide what to wear.." Sammy rolled her eyes and looked to him. "Bo you take about as long as I get changed to have a shower so don't start that..." "I ain't starting nothing, but at least I get up in pleanty of time so that I've had a shower before we have to leave!" Bo retorted back "Well its not my fault that I actually want to look nice instead of like i've crawled out of a hedge backwards!" Sammy instantly shot back, actually turning to face Bo now. "You could have at least picked out what you wanted to wear last night, last night we had all the time in the world to do that...or maybe you did and then decided that it wasn't actually good enough!" "Or maybe I just dont like wearing the same thing over and over and over again!" She partly yelled back, tweaking Bo's traditional yellow shirt with the blue one underneath.

Bo only just managed to stop his bottom lip quivering, kissing the top of Daisy's head softly as they were lead out into the hallway before letting her go gently. He then quickly grabbed Luke and held him in a tight hug, his hands fisting in the blue plaid at his back, rocking him softly. "I gotcha brother....I gotcha..."

TJ kept his face hidden in Bo's shoulder...it wasn't he didn't like Enos..but unlike his mother he was shy and he didn't know who Cassie was...so he kept his face hidden but shook his head a little. Bo chuckled a little, looking to Enos. "I'm sorry Enos, he's a bit shy around new people is all...why dont ya try givin' it t'him later...he aint had his nap yet either which could also contribute..." Sammy nodded in agreement. "Mmm he's just like Bo...gets cranky when he aint had a nap..." "Hey..." Bo said indiganantly. "I ain't that old that I need a nap in the day yet..." TJ giggled a little into his dad's shoulder but didn't move his face. Bo however soon returned his attention to Cassie who had asked a question, completly missing the look that Cassie had give Luke just a little longer. "Yeah....this one's TJ - he's 5 and he's mine an' Sammy's and that one there is Abigail though we call her Abi...she's Luke an' Sara's...."

Jesse and Daisy had made their way out the hospital and were sitting quietly in the peaceful gardens, just watching everyone else going about their lives. The occasional ambulance sometimes broke the peace but it soon was restored again and he and Daisy could listen to the birds singing their carefree tune once more. It was nice in the midst of chaos to find a time to just sit, relax and be at peace with the world...

Sammy nodded with a smile to Cassie, barely knowing the woman herself and leaning into Bo a little more. She wasn't shy, not by a long shot, she just didn't trust people as eaisly as Bo did that she didn't know...it took her a while to get to know people that was all and while she knew of Cassie, she'd never got the oppertunity to know her. Bo also raised his hand that was around Sammy's middle with a small wave, a nod and a smile...TJ now burying his face into Bo's shoulder. "Hey Cassie..."

Bo held all of the cousins together...physcially that was...mentally he didnt know how good of a job he could do without his Uncle to help him now...offiically...because Luke wasn't yet up to it...he was the patriarch...he was in charge of the farm, of making sure his cousins were okay....he was scared to death.

Bo softly hugged Daisy close, keeping himself strong for the sake of his two cousins, holding his arm out to Luke softly.

Jesse however didn't let go of Luke's hand, squeezing it gently back, wanting his kids to be near him as he slipped away. In truth, he was scared of what was happening next...anyone facing death would be....but eventually he just couldn't hold on any longer. He closed his eyes, and suddenly Lavinia was there...bathed in a white light and holding her hands out to him smiling....smiling back, he reached out and took her hands softly....walking with her into the light. Bo bit his lip hard as Jesse's features relaxed...the hand slipped from Luke's....and the heart monitor flatlined. Swallowing hard, as the doctors walking in quietly to turn of the blaring machine...he put a hand on the top of Jesse's head...carressing the white hair softly. "g'night Uncle Jesse....look after him for us Auntie..."

Bo stepped forward gently, leaning down as his Uncle motioned to him and hugging him softly...the only father he had ever known. Swallowing hard, he let a few silent tears dribble into the pillow underneath Jesse's head before leaning back up and tenderly kissing the old man's forehead softly, before putting his hand there. "Just rest Uncle Jesse....we'll...we'll be ok..."

Bo swallowed back sobs himself as he heard his Uncle say that, clenching his jaw softly to stop tears as Daisy leant down and hugged him close. Jesse sighed softly and patted her back, still keeping a gentle hold on Luke. "I know baby girl...but you'll be okay...you look after my boys now..."

Jesse smiled softly as Luke said that, knowing now that he would at least let the doctors help him now because he had a focus...because Jesse had asked him to carry on and do well in life. "Good boy...." Sighing softly he looked over as Daisy whispered his name, stretching out his hand to her and Bo to come over. He needed to sleep now...he could almost hear his wife calling his name again. "S'time fer me t'go home baby..."

Sorry Jessi, accept it...let it go...John dies his hair...actually he probably bleeches it as platinum blonde as it goes sometimes lol.

Jesse softly wiped his tears away with his thumb, feeling himself growing weaker and knowing that he wouldn't have too much longer. "I know you can do it son, even if...you wont promise...your stronger than that...Bo'll help you get the help you need from the doctors...and they'll help you find the strength to keep on again...you can do anything you set your mind to Luke...put that strength to good use...make me proud like you...always have done..." he said, ending with a gentle cough.

Jesse sighed softly and rubbed his back again, pushing him away just a little so he could look at his eldest, resting a hand on his cheek softly. "Don't mean I won't miss you all...but it aint goodbye forever...its just until we meet again....and I dont want that to be too soon...okay son...dont do that to me..."

Bo smiled as he stood the other side of Sammy, his arm wrapped round her waist and Ty sitting contentedly on his hip sucking his thumb.

Jesse chuckled, coughing a little as he shook his head. "No son....you've been your own man for quite...some time now...following your own path...making your own decisions...you dont need me to sit here and hold yer hand no more...you'll always...be my special little boy....but you are a man now...both you an' Bo an...Daisy's a fine...young woman too....you all gotta move on...with your lives an' let me...finish mine an' go back to my Lavinia....I miss her son...m'tired...I need t'go home..."

Jesse smiled a little, turning his head gently and kissing his cheek. "I love you too son...always...have and always will...but...I it don't change..what's gonna happen...its just...something you to accept son..."

Sammie giggled and gave him a wink, smirking. "S'alright..."

Sammy shook her head with a smirk "You'd land in there before I did Lukie Lou..." Bo couldn't help but snort at that.

"Son it ain't up to me....I have t'go...there's nothin'..anyone can do to stop that..I's had my time..." He explained patiently again, seeing that Luke wasn't going to get this before his time ran out and feeling pained that he couldn't help his eldest see the truth behind what was happening.
