I was watching the tv guide channel, yesterday. They had a behind the scene look at the movie, this is the info I got.

1), willie is singing the theme, and skynyrds, call me the breeze

2), him and jessica simpson are doing a duet, for the soundtrack

3), the movie is coming out in august.

Since it is on cable, this is basically confirming alot of the rumors.

When the hell is the moving coming out? We still dont have a date. Some people say one thing, other say another.

What you see on TVGC is the wrong info, they still believe that nick cage is playing superman.

the official date i heard first hand is june 24, no later than july 4th

A couple of bits on The Dukes of Hazzard today. First up, Latino Review has scored a couple of new pics from the movie. Second, Ain't It Cool News has landed a description of the movie's trailer. Frankly, with the movie's release only a few months away, I'm surprised that we haven't seen this trailer yet. The description also comes with some pics from the trailer including first looks at Burt Reynolds as Boss Hogg and Willie Nelson as Uncle Jesse.

The Dukes of Hazzard opens August 5th.

Aug 5th is suppose to be the European opening.

Anyway, if they did move the date back to Aug that just makes me worry more. The movie isnt done, they are reshooting or fooling around with it somehow.

I've seen trailors for movies out in July and even Sept. I dont know why DOH isnt out yet.

I saw in an old Entertainment Weekly that the movie is coming out July 29th, but everything I've seen lately on the web has it coming out Aug. 5th. I'm inclined to believe the the stuff I see on the web.

I dont think anyone knows yet.

At the very least though, WB should tell us..ya think?
