Thanks for the link. I knew most of the stories from other sources, but I don't think I've ever see this documentary. I certainly didn't know that cameraman Rodney Mitchell tragically lost his life in 1980. That must've hit everyone hard.

There doesn't seem to be any other mention of Rodney on HNet and his IMDb page only credits his work on Dukes. I did find that his son Lance Mitchell has followed in his father's footsteps and become a cinematographer. You can see his profile here and his IMDb page here.
