CDoherty95 Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Hey y'all!!I'm doing woodwork for the final two years of school, and for the practical side of the subject I'm building...a bike!!I'm going to post pictures of it as I go along, and hopefully I can have it all together by march...Laying out a template to bend the wood around This is only a mock up Quote
CDoherty95 Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 More...Support beams for the mold Quote
CDoherty95 Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 More...The frame is starting to stay in its bent shape after it's unscrewed from the moldIt's a long, slow process but hopefully it'll be worth it!!For any carpenters out there I'm using 14 layers of plywood in total, glued together and screwed into the frame. I'm only about 160 pounds,so I shouldn't have any problems riding it...hopefully Quote
