December 8, 201114 yr Author More...The frame is starting to stay in its bent shape after it's unscrewed from the moldIt's a long,slow process but hopefully it'll be worth it!!For any carpenters out there I'm using 14 layers of plywood in total,glued together and screwed into the frame. I'm only about 160 pounds,so I shouldn't have any problems riding it...hopefully
