Anywhere from 500-700 lbs ballast in the trunk to keep the car level in flight.Cory actually preferes little or no ballast in the back so the car nose dives in the ground on impact.He says the front acts as a shock absorber to take less chance of injury to the driver.

In a couple of the scenes with the car flying thru the air, you can kinda tell that there is no gas tank underneath. Much safer thatta way with all of those hundred of pounds of weight coming down on that part of the car as she hits the ground...
