February 11, 20224 yr Author Same thing happened to Mill Creek Park Youngstown Ohio's old Idora Park. Fire on the Lost River Ride and took the Wild Cat Coaster with it.
February 12, 20224 yr Author Conneaut Lake Park in Conneaut Lake PA has lost their iconic Blue Streak Roller Coaster in a fire. They say "No big loss." As they were in the process of tearing it down when the fire started anyways. Wow! Same thing happened to Mill Creek Park Youngstown Ohio's old Idora Park. Fire on the Lost River Ride and took the Wild Cat Coaster with it. The fire on the Lost River Ride was supposedly sparked by a welding torch. Idora closed after the fire. They never fixed anything the fire destroyed and they never reopened. There was a time when Conneaut was trying to buy The Wild Cat and put it in their park and repair it. But that never came to fruition.
