  1. You're best bet for those is ebay. They only made I believe it was #12,000 of each doll.

It might depend on how many of them landed in the hands of people who love the show and won't part with them. People who just buy stuff to make a profit. (Like concert and sports game ticket scalpers, as to how soon you get both of 'em.

Welcome to the site and good luck on gettin' those. Take care.

  2. *joint post*

Chet's game was stale as day old bake goods. Daney froze in taking off her jacket like Chet had requested. The room started spinning like a pinwheel in the wind.

The problem with unlocking the handcuffs was that would enable Chet to retrieve a second weapon of his choice from his own jacket. "Chet, do you want the jacket first or the keys?" Daney interrupted the countdown.

"Your jacket..." Chet paused his threatening count down. " Throw it away....then hurry up an put that key in these cuffs." His voice was mean and edgy.

The mistmatched eyes watched Daney daringly, the gun in Chets hand stayed boldly pointed at his older cousin. He wasn't afraid to shoot her or anyone else, him and the others had come this far....there was no turning back.

    "Fast..." He demanded.

Chet had not specified where the jacket was to go. It slid off Daney's shoulders and then her arms. Hazel eyes stayed focused on Chet inspite of the thundering footsteps and whispers behind her. It landed on the floor. She kicked at it with her left brown cowboy boot, in back of Rosco and Brian.

The jacket found a home almost on Cletus's scuffed work boots. She gasped.

"Ya kicked it the wrong way! What the hell good is it going to do me by Cletus?" His voice got meaner as he snapped at her. "Your trying patience that I dont have Daney! Unlock my wrist! NOW!" He nearly spat the words an waved the gun at her.

"Chet, you're never satisfied with anything!" Daney commented politely.

"UNLOCK IT" Furious now Chet stepped forward putting the barrel of the gun in her face.

"Maybe if you'd calm down. I wouldn't be so hesitant to give you the keys." Daney's words came out slowly.

"Im not going to calm down! Youve got five seconds!" He glared. "5.....4...."

The dragoon tactics of Chet, only caused the detective to feel like she was going to spontaneously combust. Just go poof like in a magic show. Everything went black for a moment and the keys fell out of her hand, onto the other side of the cell bars. Dizzy, she turned and leaned against the cold metal.

Almost frantically Chet snaked his arm through the bars and grabbed the key off the floor, quickly he jammed it into the hand cuff around the cell door. He unlocked the cuff leaving the other one dangling from his wrist as he stood up and pocketed his gun and the key.

"Why was that so hard an dramatic for you Daney...." Chet mumbled. He backed up leaving her in the cell with out a care in the world as to the condition she was now in. Quickly he slammed the cell door shut tight and locked it behind himself.

"Now MaryAnne can help Razor..." He said a snap still in his voice.

  3. Daney laid her backpack on the floor next to MaryAnne. She looked respectfully at the brown haired deputy. She would not be responsible for someone else's fate. “Ok, Chet…†In spite of Brian’s earlier recommendation that reservations be placed, Daney walked around the wide open door, Chet attached to the last cell bar of it. At 6â€3’ Chet towered over several folks in the room. She stepped next to Rosco. “Please let Rosco move so the key will go into the lock better.†She asked. But did not look at Chet.

  4. Ethan arrived at the bottom of the stairs and viewed Chet being handcuffed to the open cell door.

"He should’ve known better than to let a private investigator roam around with their jacket and backpack." Enos and Cletus whispered to each other.

Blue eyes twinkled mischievously; the metal click had been music to his ears. Was it cliché or convenient, nope. “Daney…â€

“Not now Sheriff,†Daney glanced to Razor, MaryAnne. “Get Doc or a medical kit?â€

"That's right, contribute." A voice encouraged.

    (cue anyone, preferably MaryAnne)

  5. It was the worst possible thing Chet could’ve done, using violence. Daney was upset at being given no choice but tried not to let it show. She would not retalitate in the same manner that Chet had. Brian's candid remark brought an impish smile to Daney's face.

She wrenched out of Chet's grasp, strolled over to a small table. A game of checkers had been left unfinished. Quietly, she sat down in one of the metal chairs. She glanced sympathically to the two cells full of folks.

"Chet, aren't you at all concerned about your friend, Razor?"

    (cue MaryAnne! Rosco! anybody!)

  6. Daney’s jaw dropped slightly at Garrett replying in front of the unknown man. The black haired stranger appeared amused. Was he changing his mind about what he had come for?

The man glanced from the blond male to the satin sleeveless unitard (neck to ankle leotard) attired brunette female. The dark material matched the green of hazel eyes that stared at him.

“Alright,†Daney acknowledged Garrett. Her jazz shoes making no noise, as she went toward the stairway. “It was nice meetin’ you…†She paused and waited to see if the dark haired man would offer his name.

It wasn’t given by the time Daney made it to the first step. “Take care, primo.†She spoke quietly. She glanced over her shoulder and slowly crept up the stairs.

Stopping when she couldn’t see the downstairs area, but might possibly be able to hear snippets of the conversation between Garrett and the man.

    (cue Kristy)

  7. A camera lens slid close. “This is gonna make some interestin’ pictures for their family scrapbook.†A brunette mused from behind Boss’s office door that was partly ajar. In their fighting, both Chet and Garrett had not observed her watching them. She didn’t know the young man who had spoke to the red haired woman. The temptation to slap Chet with his hat brought a smile to her lips. She tiptoed to the desk where a backpack sat open. Chatter from below, Rosco’s office and the main booking area covered the noise made in gathering items. She moved slowly to the other side of the room.

Maybe this was one adventure she could duck out of before someone exclaimed “Flapjacks on a ferris wheelâ€

She wrinkled her nose, not wanting to speculate anymore on Chet’s latest choices. The detective focused on successfully climbing out the window then thinking about Chet’s behavior. Casually, she went over to the small opening that allowed sunlight into the jail cells. She crouched down in the wet grass. Hazel eyes widened in surprise.

  8. I recommend folks rent the new video game before purchasing.

It has excellent graphics!!! Original cast voices is a plus. Some of the adventures are not too bad... it seems to be more for an adult audience than kids.

At least one level of free roam and multi player, open for folks who don’t want to do the missions would have been nice.

There is a "Dixie" horn control button and one for yeehaa.

The instruction booklet was disappointing, for the fact that it doesn’t give a listing of the one player mode missions. Both playstation 1 DOH games had an “episode†guide.

Unlike other games where the map is in the corner, you have to press start to pause the game and view. OR select button will get you a transparent over the area you are driving in game map.

No "health" bar to let you know how damaged the vehicle is. And it varies from scene to scene, just how much it takes to wreck the General, patrol car, etc.

The car can slide or spin way too easily.

Only three save spots, you can't put your name, it's just file: A, B, C. It doesn't take you back to the exact point you left off, you restart from the beginning of that entire mission.

It would have been nice to pick from amatuer, immediate, and professional playing levels. Instead it's the same for everyone.

Features I would’ve liked, other folks might not have. I do want to thank the makers of “Return Of The General Leeâ€, for at least takin' a chance on this game.

  9. Daney watched a lanky frame emerge from the car that pulled to a stop next to the telephone booth by the pole. There was enough light to see the thirty something’s brown shoulder length, straight hair touching the navy blue sports jacket that covered his upper torso.

The suit jacket complimented the dark blue jeans that clung to his long legs. The attire made it so she couldn't see any tattoos, scars etc. A pair of hiking boots stirred dust around, rocks scattered with each step around the vehicle. He turned enough she could see his face was unmarked and clean shaven.

    (Anderson’s author)

Then he turned away again to face the phone booth as his right hand wandered to the front pocket of his jeans and his left hand picked up the reciver. He rested the phone on his shoulder bending his head to that side to hold it while he placed the change in the squarish looking phone.

He dialed, punching in the numbers in flutration and fatigue. The last couple of days had been a trip to hell and back an the next few weren't looking anymore promising then the previous. Andreson listened an waited alittle less then patiently.

  10. “Hey Deputy,†Daney replied soberly. “I’m pullin’ along side that store with gas pumps on the building’s left side, roadside pay phone across from entrance, exit door.†The establishment was open almost twenty four hours. Hunter maneuvered around to the right side of the building, facing the road. “Can you please tell Rosco that the vehicle was a dark blue Z 28,†She paused. Hazel eyes observed a vehicle turning onto the driveway, inching toward the telephone booth. “Similar to the one that’s here now…â€

    (cue MaryAnne)

  11. Daney grabbed her backpack quickly, heart pounding faster than the thumps on the staircase. She saw Garrett’s reaction. She half smiled, positive that the Sheriff’s Office hadn’t been updated with the latest surveillance equipment. Thankful for his concern. An idea came to her quickly incase it was Rosco or Enos.

“Well, the train to Grinder’s Switch is running right on time…†She sang hinted where someone would be waiting if Garrett did escape. The crossing was about a mile from the town square.

The average size suited figure at the chain link barrier that separated the room from the stairwell clapped their hands. “Nice, you have a routine to that?†A raspy voice inquired.

Daney nodded. She didn’t recognize the person at all. She figured he was someone who had business with Boss Hogg. Hazel eyed attention darted to Garrett to see if he knew who this person was. “The county commissioner’s room is upstairs.†She said matter of factly.

    (cue Garrett)

  13. Back in town…

Bo and Luke ran into Cooter after dropping the clothes for Chet off.

“Recieved an interesting communication," The town blacksmith told the Duke men.

    “What’s the message?†Luke inquired.

“The blackbird lives to fly another day.†Cooter smiled. “Min and Daisy are alright, they’re with blonde friend who likes takin’ a chance.â€

Bo nodded. “Much obliged,†Luke paused. “Did she say where they were?â€

“Nope, and I got to get back to the shop, good day fellas.†Cooter tipped his hat, opened the door and hurried into the building.

The boys shouted. “Take care,†the door banged closed. They glanced to the night sky turning to daylight.

“We better go tell Boss that Min is sick or somethin’, so she don’t get in trouble with him.†Bo said.

“You’re right.†Luke agreed. They took off to find Min’s employer.

(cue MaryAnne, Rosco, Val, Garrett... anyone!)

  14. "You're welcome." Daney slid the small plastic case between two of the bars. She zipped the backpack closed with her right hand, held one strap between her palm and fingers. It was slung over her shoulder, then she stood up. "Inside is somethin' that should work to jimmy the lock open."

She stared at Garrett. He would rather be the only one to get in trouble, then risk something harming people he cared about. Especially Kristy. "If all goes well, you'll be outta here by nightfall." She paused. "And please don't be so hard on Rosco, you know he really can't help some of the things he has to do..."

She noticed Garret's eyebrows raise. Sometimes that happened where everyone had their own opinion of the same person. It all depended on their experience. Inspite of Rosco or anyone else coming down the stairs, she waited to see what Garret had to say. If he wanted to meet somewhere or something.

    (cue Garrett)
