Daisy said "Austing was the same as Carmen just was that time when Carmen talked about Lizzy, i forgave them both, its okay Bo!"

Daisy sighed "Bo its okay, both of the kids have been like this for awhile"

Daisy said "after me and Enos were kidnapped, i lost all track of time" just then, Carmen started crying, Austin brung up what happend when Enos and Daisy got kidnapped Carmen came in and wraped her arms around Daisys waist "mom, please be careful, i want you and daddy live" that made Daisy look at Lizzy

Daisy sighed "Carmen and Jacob are doing the same thing, see a couple weeks ago, me and Enos were both kidnapped, but Micheal and Bo saved us, well Carmen and Jacob tag along with us like Austin is taggin along with you, and Kayle was almost killed by the guy" letting Lizzy meet her week old baby girl Kayle

Daisy said "if its anything like Enos's first try at cooking , we'll eat pizza" and smiles and Carmen and Jacob run over to Austin and Austin is distracted by playing a game with them

soon their was a knock on the door and Austin jumped right up and was right behind Lizzy as she went to the door

Bo nodded "lets go" Daisy said "Lizzy, me and the kids and Enos will be over tonight for supper, is that okay?"

Bo said "Lizzy its okay, really, no one is mad at ya" Daisy said "ill tell you everything later, Liz im not mad at ya"

Daisy nodded "thats good to know, i can have my best friend back, you dont know all ive been through"

it was Austin, he wanted his mother Daisy said "i am not mad Lizzy, just promise me that you'll never touch shine again, please! dont do it again, dont go back to prison"

Daisy lookes at her with tears in her eyes "i forgive you, im not mad, im so glad your out, i never thought it would happen"

it was a sweet lady named Bobbye Hood that would be Lizzys probation officer after she was done, she went over to Daisy who was trying to round up Carmen and Jacob while Enos was talking to Bo

Daisy steps in front of Huntley "now listen, get outta here, you have caused enough trouble, get outta here!"

Luke says "of course"

Lizzy was uncuffed and as soon as she was out, the first people she ran to was Daisy and Enos and Bo and Austin

Luke nodds

the judge reviews the case "we are giving Ms.Davenport freedom from prison, she may return home, but she will be given 7 months on probation and &$25,000 community service fee"

Luke said "i dont know that, with what your trying to do to Lizzy, i just dont know what youll do next"

the lawyer said "but you can never be around moonshine again"

Luke sighed "im just sayin,we cant interfere anymore, i mean, if your trying to stop Lizzy from going for whoever she wants, what are you gonna try next, get Daisy to have an abortion!"

Daisy said "i know"

one of the lawyers said "were gonna try to get the judge to give you freedom but with probation"

Luke said "you have to face it, Lizzy wants Tommy, you know, both Daisy and Lizzy have been hurt, first it was Lizzy and that Jake guy, then it was Daisy and that guy Mark right before she met Enos, we have to stay outta this case though"

Daisy said "ill ask Sam later"

the lawyer nodded "what Ms. Davenport has said is true"
