*nods* Yeah...

Bo sighed and nodded. "I know that Uncle Jesse...but I was thinkin' of goin' to him and askin' him fer permission instead of askin' Beccah out right...tell him why I love her and...how I wanna take care of her and how much I think of her...I just can't let her go Uncle Jesse, I can't...what if its the real thing this time..."

*nods a little....it was a common misconception that Bo was dumb...there were some things he didn't understand maybe, or sometimes said some pretty dumb sounding things when he didn't think about what he was saying...but if you asked him the height the General needed to get at to make a jump, or the speed, or the average distance he could jump and how long it would take, he could tell you in a heart beat. It wasn't Bo was dumb, it was just compared to Luke who learnt things much eaisier, he looked it...plus the blonde hair didn't help that image none*

*shrugs* I's always been smart, just not logical...

*shrugs* "Beats me...oh no wait...ain't there a little cabin that we used t'hide out in...there was a CB In there weren't there...i'm sure if it dont work you can fix it..."

*scowls as Luke said that, going to the General and stashing him in a hidden spot, not visable from anyway you looked, and heading across the land with Luke*

*catches them but stops and thinks* "Luke...maybe we best just go further into our property hide in the back fourties or something...Rosco's gonna be scouring the roads for us otherwise..."

*nods, saying to Jesse as he headed out the door with Luke* "The file's behind the bookcase Uncle Jesse...keep it safe...may be the only thing that'll save the farm..."

*watches Enos drive away and nods* Yeah but we're both gonna have t'get moving...Rosco's coming and he thinks your missing too...not that he cares..."

"I can answer both those questions with just her name Uncle Jesse..." He mumbled softly, running a hand through his hair before looking up to his Uncle. "Its Judge Druton's daughter...Rebeccah..."

*nods with a smile* Will do Enos...you take it easy an' let me know as soon as ya get a lead on Luke...but...it might be best not t'approach him...last I saw he was...pretty upset...

Bo sighed and looked down at the table, he wasn't really mad at anyone else besides Luke. He knew Luke was only looking out for him but all the same, he was sick and tired of Luke telling on him when Bo had every intention of talking with Jesse alone after the meal anyway. Swallowing softly, he traced patterns on the table with his finger and sighed. "Uncle Jesse I...I think...I think i'm in love..."

Bo's jaw remained clenched as he and Luke kept their angry gazes locked on one another for about a minute more. Finally, Bo turned away and sat down in the chair Jesse had indicated, watching Luke with an angry glare as he walked outside to the barn.

*nods with a smile* Will do...thanks Enos...

*shakes his head, putting his hands on Enos' shoulders* Enos, you gotta do what's right...you didn't become an officer of the law t'be part of a corrupt system now didja? So many people in Hazzard rely on ya t'be the only law officer we can trust...I don't wanna charge ya with false arrest Enos but i'll have t'if you arrest me...an' 'sides, you tell Boss an' Rosco that that's what i'll do they'll drop the charges anyhow...you know Boss dont like to be in the middle of a law situation where he's got no one on his side...

"I think its bout time we did...you ain't had a beating for a few years now, someone's gotta take that overinflated ego down a peg or two..." Bo countered back with a tightly clenched jaw.

At that point, Luke crossed one line too many and Bo swiftly sent a punch across Luke's jaw that sent him reeling backwards, clipping the wall and landing on the living room floor.

*bites his lip, looking to Jesse as he spoke before looking back to Enos*

Bo shrugged lightly, hands on his hips and getting madder by the second...it would be a miricle if the boys came out of this not throwing punches at each other. "Ain't like a hit an' runned her. I took her t'Cooter's got her car all done back up again and she went off on her merry little way. An' sides, ain't like I intentionally hit her neither, she wasn't lookin' where she was goin' an' she'll be the first t'admit it...but I guess your only tryin' t'cover yer own hide for the fact the same night you went out and got drunk ya also got inta 3 fights...all of em you started!"

"Now hang on...youc an't do no such thing without no hard evidence an' you know that Enos. You didn't see me take any papers did ya? And ya certainly don't see em here now do ya? If you arrest me, Uncle Jesse'll have you an' Rosco thrown in jail for false arrest..." Bo warned softly, knowing Enos was conflicted as to what to do, torn between duty and friends, so was offering him a legal and very true way out of having to arrest him at such a difficult time.

*looks to the door, clenching his jaw a little as he grabbed the file and slid it behind the Bookcase, making sure it was completly hidden before checking Luke was also hidden and opening the door* Enos? Hey, what's up?

Bo looked to Luke as he spoke...now he may have not been the most brightest of sparks in the bunch sometimes but he picked up on what Luke was trying to do quickly. He knew that Luke had probably already told Jesse most of what was going on. It wasn;t that he had a problem with telling Uncle Jesse and speaking to him about it, but when Luke ratted him out like that it made him mad because there were ways he could talk to Jesse without getting a full lecture. Part of the time he had been thinking about how to explain Rebecca and his feelings...and besides, this was a touchy subject for Bo right now...and he did not appriciate Luke butting in...Luke wanted a war...he'd give him a war... "Well no...I know Uncle Jesse likes to take an interest in what we do but I dont think he wants the full list of who's cars we did not spot while playing spot the cars in the General today on your request...but I'm sure he would love to know about a couple of nights ago when you snuk out the house to go to the Boar's Nest late night drinking when you knew we had chores the next day...why dont you tell him bout that? 'Specially seeing as you claimed the hangover was you coming down with a cold to get you out of chores so you could sleep more..."

Bo too rose from the table and helped to wash and dry and put everything away, making sure he really did pay attention this time because he didn't want to be breaking things.

*scowls back* Well ha ha, I didn't see you go inta the court house an' sneak around trying to find the papers. I had to think of somethin' t'get Enos outta there so's I could get into Boss' office and get them. But you know, from the sounds of it Rosco's on his way here with Enos so you better hide...
