    Just saw the Brian Setzer Orchestra Christmas Extravaganza last Saturday night here on Long Island. What an awesome show. Brian Setzer doing his big band/swing renditions of Christmas classics and some good ol' rock ( Stray Cats ) thrown in. The atmosphere and the people made this special. Seeing the big band play along with the bandleader ( Brian Setzer on his famous Gretsch guitar) was one of the best concerts I saw. The best part was the Nutcracker Suite with all the horns and guitar. The stage was decorated with X-mas stuff adn the band was in holiday clothes, especially the female back up singers in little red Ms. Claus costumes. I pointed them out to my wife a few times ( which was no-no) , but they sang good. Just a great time . My wife usually takes my girls to the Radio City Christmas show and loves that. But she love the rockin' vibe adn the big band sound of this ..... I'm gone Darrell
