February 4, 200521 yr i just passed my driving test here in the uk so i am now looking for a car to use as a basis for a general generation 2 cardoes anyone have any reccommendations for what to get in the uk, but is cheap to insurey'all in the usa have it great - cheap insurance an allin the uk, at 17 the cheapest you can pay is about £1500 (about $2900)and that is for a pile of flash droppings like a 1970's fiat pandai really want a general - any suggestions?
