I am really new to this wonderful site, as you can tell. My issue is this: When I go to edit avatar in my User CP, It has one option, Do not use Avatar. There is no option to use an avatar. I know this is just a newby thing, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try it now. It's unavailable to new users until they make a certain number of posts or until we determine they aren't spammers. I've upgraded you to "regular" user.
