Julieduke Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 I watched a Dvd about the Johnstown Flood in 1889 that was horrible the fate of some many people it that would happen now why Fema would be out fast. But they got all kinds of help for the victims and survivors can't imagine that happening in 2008 now. Quote
