As for lead poisoning and the like, that's all about how careful you actually are. Whether you're looking for a fast buck... or if you wanna keep your clients alive and healthy and coming back for more! Ain't that hard to do it right, just takes a little more care and effort in the building of the still. Water-line-quality copper pipes, etc...
