September 13, 200422 yr According to this weeks issue of People magazine, Warner Bros. have cast the parts of Bo and Luke for the upcoming big screen movie. Sean William Scott, aka "Stiffler" form American Pie, is to play Bo Duke and Johnny Knoxville, of "Jackass" fame, is to play Luke Duke. As for Daisy, Jessica Simpson was seen arriving at Warner Bros studios dressed in Daisy Duke attire reportedly for a script reading. The Studio also announced that negotiations are underway for Burt Reynolds to play Boss Hogg.
