He had heard about the Trans Am that they tried to steal eariler so they must need hot parts from boths types of cars right now. Brian looks around and notices somebody is following him right now and he says "I'll just let have this baby will no issues and let my partner take up the slack afterwards."     It's might be scary thow but he's serious in the movie. If you want something funny check out "Cowboy's Run" it's David Hasselhoff movie and he acts more like Rosco than Micheal Knight.
