Hey everyone! Lawrenceburg, IN is having a Dukes of Hazzard Benefit Event "Dearborn County Turns Hazzard County" in August. It is going to be an exciting day for Dukes' fans. We will be having a Daisy Duke Look-a-Like Contest, a Flash (the dog) Look-a-Like contest, an Uncle Jesse's chili cooking contest, a car show and swap meet (where Sheriff Little, for one, will be driven into the event in his police car) where we will have many Dukes vehicles coming in from owners all over the area. There will be a silent auction, vendors, food and music throughout the day. Come and join us and meet some of your Dukes' favorite stars -- Catherine (Daisy Duke) Bach, Sonny (Enos Strate) Shrover, James (Rosco P. Coltrane) Best, Don (Sheriff Little) Pedro Cooley, Byron (Coy Duke) Cherry and Rick (Cletus) Hurst. The date is August 9, 2014. Also, if you are interested, James Best (Rosco P. Coltrane) will be having a show on August 8, 2014, at the Lawrenceburg High School. His show will feature Unique stories from James Best's Hollywood Experiences, Video clips from Film & Television and an Autograph session - meet James Best.
