"Mommy, mommy look, Austin let me color a picture just for you." Jacob says handing her a picture.

"They're kids Daisy, they've got short attention spans. Don't worry about it." Bo says.

"Honey, you're just trying to protect them. Jacob is only six and he wouldn't understand everything Lizzy's going through just like Austin doesn't. We have every right not to tell them everything." Enos answers.

Jacob frowned but wiped away his tears. "I'm sorry mommy." He says.

Jacob looks up with tears in his eyes and fumbles with the hem of his shirt. "It's just that all the rest of our friends have mommies and well you talk about them and about grandma sometimes but you won't tell us why he doesn't have a mommy and we just thought..." Jacob says before bursting into tears.

"We didn't mean to Mommy...It's Jacob's fault." Carmen says.

"Daisy wait, it's not their fault he gets like this sometimes. They should be in the waiting room with Luke. Austin honey, I know it's hard but...you know your mommy is in a lot of trouble right now but she loves you with all of her heart and she's thinking of you all the time." Bo says rubbing his son's back.

"Because he's crazy in love with you. You two are meant to be and you will always be." Bo says. "Daddy?" A small voice was heard throughout the room. "Austin...Aren't you supposed to be with Carmen and Jacob?" Bo asks. "I...I...We were talking and...I want my mommy." Austin bawled. "Oh honey." Bo scooped him up and slowly rubbed his back.

"Oh I don't. There must be something in the water around here that makes you Hazzard girls so strong to put up with us crazy boys." Bo answers grinning at Daisy.

"She'd have to...to love a guy like Bo." Tom teased. Bo smirked and swatted at him.

"But she's absolutely bloody in love with that horse. She swore to me on Diablo's life that the run she got busted for was her last run. She told me that more that I quote 'I swear on Diablo's life, his soul, and his honor that this run is my last run period whether I get caught today or make it out unscathed. She promised me that and you know she'd go to hell before breaking a promise like that." Bo said. "Wow, god she must have really meant that. She's never really sworn on his life like that before." Tom adds.

"You know how much she loves her horse Diablo right?" Bo asks.

"Because it hurts you to know your best friend is stuck there until we can help her and it's shaken you up. Just relax and if everything works Lizzy will be back where she belongs." Matt says.

"Calm down. We're just going to present the evidence we have and...And we'll tell the truth. With all that you'll get off no scratches." Matt says.

"Hey I just got word from Ben. He was able to talk to a judge and make a bid for an appeal. It's in three weeks. He's also just heard that Agent Huntley has pushed charges against you and Julie both and the trial is set for four days from now." Matt says walking back into the room.

"In time you will Daisy, for now just believe that I know her." Bo says.

"I know I'm right Daisy. You two have been best friends since she came to Hazzard. She's always going to love you." Bo says.

"Daisy...Daisy don't worry, whether you win or not Lizzy will love you because you tried and because you are her best friend." Bo says.

"God I hope you're right." Bo answered.

"Because as much as I love Lizzy and I want her by my side every night and raising my son everyday I know she wouldn't want you to beat yourself up if you can't get her out. She's been in there for four years and I know she'll never lose hope that she'll get out but...She wouldn't want you to hurt yourself if you can't do it." Bo says.

"Don't go doubting yourself, all we ask of you is that you try your best and if that doesn't work then maybe it was meant to be that she's in prison." Bo says wrapping Daisy in a hug.

"I know you're worried Daisy but...Lizzy will thank you even for trying." Bo says.

"Well obviously you've never worked in a garage with her. Since she's so good a fixing stuff the nickname Wrench stuck. Our CO on the other hand calls her Chuck. When ever she gets frustrated she'll usually throw what's ever in her hand and since our captain is from England he called it chucking so it stuck." Spade explains. "And it's no use asking him about his nickname he won't tell anyone." Lizzy adds. Cue anyone.

"Just tell me please." Lizzy begs. "I'll make sure this child grows up in a loving home." Bo says. "If Spade wants to see his child than so be it but I will care for them as if they were my own and you know that I love you." Spade pushes the door open and resumes his seat by Lizzy's bedside. "So you're the famous Bo Duke." Spade says. "And that would make you Spade." Bo answers. "The reason she's in the situation." "Boys settle, you don't want me to get hurt again do you?" Lizzy pauses and looked at both of them. "Good, Spade yes this is Bo, Bo this is Spade. Spade you've told me you don't want this kid so tell me what you do want." "I want this child to be loved and I know if I step back Bo can do that for both of you." Spade says laying a hand on Lizzy's stomach. "I know that Bo loves you even if you don't believe me Wrench. I can see it in his eyes and his actions. If...I will step back and give up my rights to this child. No one will ever have to know they aren't Bo's. I told you that I've never been fit to be a parent and I know Bo will be. I just talked to Captain Coop...They're shipping me to Iraq in a few weeks. I've got to go and I don't know...I know it'll be better that someone is there for you. I'm leaving you in his capable hands Wrench. Don't screw this one up." Spade says. Cue anyone.

"Bo if...If Spade doesn't want this kid what would you do?" Lizzy asks. "We'd have to Spade about this. I'm not keeping anything from him. Especially if this is his kid." Bo answers. Cue anyone.
