Breaker breaker This here's bo comin' at you askin' what your favorite Bandit quotes are. two of mf favorites is Don't you cuss on this here radio and I can drive any forkin' thing around ( when Snowman asks The Bandit if he can drive the forklift).

I chose BoDuke80 because I have alot in common with Him and I was born in 1980, plus I love how Bo acts in the Dukes 1980 season. Bo And I share many characteristics and beliefs. He's a great driver an good cousin to Luke and daisy and always does what Jesse tells him out of love. He's the best I really wish I had someone like him as a family member.

Smokey and The Bandit Is a great movie as well as it's sequel. The original has so much to watch and follow, They had a good cast in those movies. Sheriff Buford T. Justice is funny as heck so is junior his son. Burt Reynolds as the Bandit is perfect and The sorely missed Jerry Reed as The Snowman he was a good ol' boy if there ever was one. I love watching both of them I agree the third one didn't make a lick of sense at all. They should have left it as a two parter and the sequel should have picked up with them going to Boston, oh well. They're great to watch and are very entertaining. Bo.

Welcome to Hazzard County is a story that I'm working on in which my Gf and I are transported into the Duke's universe during an heavy electrical storm.

After Meeting Sheriff little we went to go meet Enos, I tell ya he's a tall son of a gun. He was so nice We gave him a picture of us with him from Dukesfest 2007 with a thank you note on it. I also gave him a picture of 2 patrol cars blocking the General Lee with a thank you note to Enos, he liked it very much. It was cool meeting him for the second time he still has the "Enos" laugh and smile, he autographed my copy of Smokey and the Bandit, The return of The General Lee, our Dukes guide book and our copy of season one. When we had our picture taken with him we asked him to arrest us and he did. It was awesome being arrested by Hazzard's finest Deputy ! it was great and a lot of fun. By the way The pickled Scuppernons mentioned as Enos's favorite fruit in the Dukes 2nd reunion movie are real Enos told us his self. Then we went to meet Deputy Cletus Hogg a.k.a Rick Hurst. He was wonderful to meet a second time too. Just like with Sonny we gave him a picture of us with him for Dukesfest 2007 and a picture of the patrol cars blocking The General Lee and a thank you note to Cletus. He autographed the General Lee game and the Dukes guide book and talked with us for about ten minutes. Rick is such a nice guy You reallly have to give credit to Him and Sonny for coming out to meet all these Dukes fans. If You ever get the chance to meet any of these wonderful people you'd do yerself a favor it's well worth it. Well Y'all that's the end I'll have pics up as soon as I can figure out how to get'em on here. 10-4 I'm Gone.

After we met Cooter got his autograph on our stuff and had our picture taken with him we went to meet Hazzard's greatest sheriff, Rosco P. Coltrane, we talked with our friends that we had met on Cooter's line and the wait wasn't too long. We had lunch while waiting to meet James Best (they have great Burgers at the Smokies stadium) then soon after we met James, He was very very nice, He signed my 1:10th scale General Lee on the back because he said he'd never seen the front everybody on line laughed when he said that. He also signed our copy of The Return Of The General Lee, our DoH season 1, and our unofficial Dukes guide book. I gave him a picture that I took of his patrol car on its side with the General Lee racing away He said it was a herendous crash and He asked me if he was scuffed and I said no because the dukes always looked back to make sure he was ok. I also did my Rosco impersanation for him and he liked it, the we shook hands and took his picture. After Rosco we met Sheriff Little, He's such a nice person you wouldn't think so if you remember him chasing the Dukes boys the way he did on the show. I gave him a thank you picture too of the Chickasaw patrol car waiting for the General Lee waiting to pass by. He liked it and then he autographed my General Lee and picture to jenn. We took our picture with him and then we went to meet Enos and Cletus. That's it for this post one more oughtta do it. See Y'all on the next post Ya hear ?

First of all I sure did miss all of my friends here and I'm glad to be back. On Wednesday july 15th The drive down was great we saw some of skyline drive and we saw the natural bridge in Virginia. The views were incredible and so breath taking it was wonderful. It took you back to when this country was all land with natural beauty. The next day thursday july 16th we arrived in Tennesse and set up camp at a koa campground, it was nice being out in the woods, no city noise or anything like that just us and mother nature. We went to Cooter's in Gatlinburg on friday july 17th I got to drive The General Lee Go kart it was great ! My girlfriend chased me in Rosco's police car around the track but she couldn't keep up with me I loved oh so much I finally got to drive my favorite car !!! We bought some new T-shirts, pictures of Cooter and daisy, A confederate licensece plate, pins, keychains and a confederate flag. We took tons of pics of Cooter's they have some great Dukes stuff there, they have one of Boss's stetson hats, a napkin dispencer from the Boars nest, a tail light from a General Lee used on the show, Cooter's work shirt, jeans and cap he wore on the show. They have the paper on which he wrote his breaker one breaker one speech on, there's too much to tell so I'll put up the pics so Y'all can see fer yourselves. On saturday july 18th we met Ben (Cooter) jones himself, while waiting to meet him we made some new friends and shared our Duke's memories with eachother. When we met Ben he was so dang nice and he signed my 1:10th scale General Lee "inspected by cooter" and he signed the photo of himself on the cb to my real name and added " a good ol' boy. Folks that blew me away like y'all wouldn't believe. Well that's it for now I'll put up another post telling Y'all how it was meeting Rosco, Sheriff Little, Enos and Cletus plus all the other stuff we did at the Fanfest. Bo.

For quite some time now I've been wondering why anybody hasn't built a real life Boars nest somwhere in the south. A place like Conyers Georgia or near that location where Dukes started would be the ideal location for it . I think it would be awesome if some fans got together to build one. Maybe one day....
