The only episode I know of where Daisy hits her head on a rock is an episode in the fifth season Farewell Hazzard but she didn't go to the hospital or anything cause it was only temporary

The song the horn plays is "Dixie", a traditional southern tune. Thus, they call the horn "The Dixie Horn".
