The parade went well (Until the very end), however, the "after party" as I would like to call it, was spent at the nearest hospital. I had a REALLY bad attack. I was VERY lucky that we were able to flag a paramedic down. My oxygen levels were in the toilet, my blood pressure was sky high, and the medic didn't have to use the stethoscope to listen to my airway because she could hear me struggling to breathe. I don't remember very much from the time I started to strip to get to the injection site to the time I was in the ambulance... that's about a 20-30 minute chunk of time. I was disoriented and scared. There are things that occurred during the parade I don't even remember. At about the midway point, I started getting winded, which I remember. I remember getting badly out of step and struggling to stay in step, and I remember having difficulty remembering songs that i've known for years. After we stopped marching, we had our photo's taken, and that's about the time i realized, Oh ****.

This computer is driving me insane. I tried updating IE from 7 to 8 and it won't install. I can't get the stupid thing open either, and haven't since my antivirus swept all those nasty little viruses into a vault. Can't download Yahoo! Messenger either, and before I swept all those nasty viruses into the vault, it wasn't working right either. I so hate computers! I have half a mind to look into a Vista Upgrade... but I ain't got the stupid money for it! Argh! Stupid Computers!

Uh Hoss... I have no idea what you sent me a few moments ago, but I cannot access my private messages now. I keep getting a database error. Please post it on my visitor messages or meet me in the chat rooms?

Uh, Hoss... how do you think I'm posting if I can't open IE? LOL I'm using chrome as it came with my Avast Antivirus software download. I prefer firefox though... considering switching as with firefox you can customize it more, at least, it used to be that way.

Um, Hoss... how do you unstick a CD rom drive? Mine won't open. I have two but... the main one won't open.

Well... got it out of safe mode and it froze again.. and now it won't fix with the scan disk. Hopefully the XP disk comes in the mail but somehow I don't think it will work.

Also, I think the 98 has a virus in the boot files. Something called the chip away virus keeps coming up in the boot logs.

I may not be on much the next few days. Got some things to work out, and the only way I know how is yard work -- my landlady's dog passed away last night.

Well... I'm gonna have to do a few adjustments because I was running under the presumption that Bo and Kendra left early, but, I can work with it.

And, if you recall from One Armed Bandits, when Bo really likes a girl, he's afraid of her. Just food for thought. I really don't see him coming right out with it without a hefty amount of encouragement and several false attempts.

Yeah, basically the idea I have for you and Brian is, major personality melt down. It sorta goes with the cliche challange Mufn issued a while back. Basically either MaryAnne goes all bad guy and Brian has to play good guy to try to corral her, which would be hilarious as h***, or, Brian gets a hint of a conscience... well more of one anyway, and starts being Mr. Good Guy, and MaryAnne, feeling like things have become dull since Brian got bit by his conscience, starts to play bad guy. I mean, it would make a really good story.

Yeah, I am in desperate need of sleep, and I can't sleep cause I'm jittery like I've been drinking expresso all day.

Yeah, I was pretty wound up last night and just happened to have seen it still had you labeled as logged in.

I've had my fingers crossed. I was having problems with the screen showing double in some spots, but I lowered the contrast which seems to have worked. The monitor is a hand me down.

I had a rough night last night. I think my HAE was flaring, which didn't feel too good. Wanted to sleep in but I had to get up for a doctor's appointment for something else, but lo and behold, my ride through my insurance never showed up. Just got a call from them, and they are running over an hour and a half behind, meaning, I will not be going to my appointment, so I'm about ready to crawl back in bed. I did just send a nice little letter to the company telling them how crappy their service is.

Yeah, I'm just no good at drawing on a computer LOL.

Hoss was the one who said he'd look the story over and see if it's something he can edit or not.

Yeah, it was a loose expansion card. It's fixed now though, but man that could have been embarassing. Now let's hope this backup card doesn't go up like the other one did. The card in my 98 computer isn't compatible with this machine.

Yeah. I tried messaging you on yahoo? I have about twenty minutes before I'm due to be picked up for practice.

Yeah. It was working fine until the updates installed. Went to boot it up and it wouldn't communicate with the monitor, was booting up for over 20 minutes without doing anything (with the little light on which said it was doing something), and now it tries for about a minute before the light goes out... and I'm not going to be able to get the spare going. Not enough disk space for XP. Figures, had a feeling that was the case. Darn 98 f.e. I know it is f.e. because my wireless won't install... so I am back to the phone as it may take a few months to fix the one as I may need a friend to take a look at it... and it took six months just for him to tell me my laptops were fried. I don't have the money to take it to a computer repair shop... and my friend's dad does that for a living so... I just have no luck with technology.

Yes, I agree, but a lesson had to be learned, and I couldn't think of any other way for said lesson to be learned.

you got that right LOL I don't watch much television. Usually it's movies or whatever netflix has (but currently I'm banned from using netflix in the house as it's my landlady's account and I got in some trouble a while back)
