  1. The Buy it Now price on ebay is $12,999.99, and the seller is considering offers. All the offers to date have been refused by the seller; something like 14 offers have come in so far. The car is on ebay for 5 more days as of the time of this post. This General Lee runs, has had some work done, but there's more to go. Check out all the photos on ebay. At first glance this General doesn't look too bad, but as you look through all the pictures you get a better idea of what you're dealing with. The photo I posted here is the best of the bunch, but don't let it fool you.
  2. If you've got a General Lee project, or Dodge Charger restoration project and could use some help, these are the go-to guys. I have seen their cars at shows around the country and their work is excellent. They have good business integrity and really know their stuff. Smith Bros Restorations Visit their website, and see why they're the experts in building a General Lee replica.
  3. Whether you work on your car yourself, or you have a mechanic who's never seen a car this old, this book will come in handy. A buddy of mine used this book, and a wiring diagram he obtained from the same company to assist in his Dodge Charger restoration project. http://www.faxonautoliterature.com/1969-Dodge-Repair-Shop-Manual-Reprint-69-ChargerCoronetDart-P11217.aspx Says here, in the book description: "This is a page-for-page reproduction of the manual that Dodge mechanics used to service your car. You will find detailed service procedures for front suspension, rear axle, body and sheet metal, brakes, clutch, cooling, electrical, engine, exhaust, frame, fuel system, lubrication, shock absorbers, springs, steering, transmission, wheels, tires, propeller shaft, and universal joints." "With the step-by-step illustrated instructions, specifications, and wiring diagrams in this book, you will have the information you need to get your project on the road and keep it there. These manuals are in NEW condition. You can use this information to restore 1969 Dodge Dart, Dart 270, Dart GT, Coronet Deluxe, Coronet 440, Coronet 500, Coronet R/T, Charger." Note, this company provides service manuals and owners manuals for just about any make and model. Here's the homepage: http://www.faxonautoliterature.com/
