Plot Summary

Twenty years ago, Floyd Calloway used to run 'shine with Boss, but when the feds closed in, Boss turned state's evidence to get off the hook. Now, Calloway wants revenge on the "fat water buffalo" who put him away, so he's sent a pair a killers to Hazzard. After surviving a couple of attempts on his life, Boss hides out at the Duke Farm, where Vance decides it would be best for Boss if Calloway thought that he was already dead.

Visible wire on the coffin
  • When Coy and Vance drive Lorna and Matt around the square, the back projection shots shows them going the opposite way around to the long shots, and the General appears to travel past the Hazzard Picture Palace going almost sideways.
  • When Vance calls Cooter to pick up Boss' car, Cooter leaves without asking where it is.
  • When Boss' coffin flies into the tree, the cable from which it's suspended is clearly visible.
