2 Questions about Daisy's Song Episode

Featured Replies

1) The part that is supposed to be in Atlanta really looks like it was filmed in Atlanta (the boys seem to be driving on I-20 into Atlanta near the beginning of the episode, and after they get kicked out of the recording studio the first time, when Bo is formulating his plan to go back in, Mellow Mushroom Pizza (an Atlanta tradition!) can clearly be seen in the background.) Between that and Boss' car being chased on what certainly looked like an Atlanta city street, I'm convinced this portion of the episode happened to be in Atlanta. Does anyone know what streets in Atlanta A) this recording studio/Mellow Mushroom is/was on, and B) What street Boss is on when he's evading the police?

2) Several times in this episode, when Daisy (or anyone for that matter) says the name Jessi Colter or Loretta Lynn, the names appear to have been dubbed in later because their lips of the people speaking do NOT mirror the name. Does anyone know why this is?

This has always been my favorite episode, but it would be great if someone knew the answer to both of these.

Thanks.

I'm also partial to that episode as one of my favorites. I agree that the Atlanta scenes appear authentic; the "Mellow Mushroom" pizza chain has been referenced by a few HazzardNet folk in the past.

But at this time, it beats the heck outta me what Atlanta streets were used in the filming. It's possible that the Georgia Film Commission could give an answer; if time allows I'll see what we can dig up.
